I discovered this hotel last year, as a bike enthusiast, I wanted to do the flower cycle route and was looking for a hotel to stay in. I must say that I had a great time: clean and not at all noisy rooms, functional bathroom and friendliness of both the staff and the reception where Luca and Barbara are the real added value. Hotel in the center but quiet. Room and breakfast without too many pretensions. The rooms on the ground floor are a little disturbed because they overlook the hotel reception/breakfast room/bar. Very kind staff. For his kindness he deserves top marks.

Great atmosphere but not the best place to meet travellers if you are a foreigner. It's a holiday place for locals, but that is also an indication of how wonderful it is. Very good location close to beaches, restaurants and sights. Go to Bussana Vecchia for a day trip and a good hike. Swimming pool on site is marvellous.

The rooms of Blue Beach Hostel were all well furnished and had a fully stocked inventory in the accompanying kitchenette to cook meals. The pool and bar are well run and the location on the whole is simply idyllic. The manager is always on hand should you have any issues or queries. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Overall excellent hotel and restaurant, the rooms are a good size, bed comfy and very clean. It's location is excellent. Fifth generation owners so they know what they are doing. Relaxed atmosphere and has got to be one of the best value hotels in Sestri. The food is of a good standard and the staff are friendly.

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Staff is extremely friendly, the room was clean, quiet and equipped with nets to keep out mosquitoes. The included breakfast is rich, with different baked goods, cheeses and ham, juice, fruits, and coffee of choice. And not to forget the restaurant, which features a sunset view of the beach and dishes that are so delicious, we ended up eating there...

Nice hotel in the Center of Sestri Levante. Hotel: In general really recommend staying there Fair prices and we were surprised by the large private terrace coming with the room. Very nice breakfast although it is only serve until 9 a.m. The place becomes quite noisy in the morning. Restaurant: a bit expensive compared to other options in the area, but it tasted good.

Location 20km from Porto Fino. We stopped here for one night while we were driving from north west to north east so you cannot really judge the location. Breakfast was nice inside an old typical house with very nice views. Room was quite ok, but the TV happened to be too small and out of position because you can't see it properly from the bed. We came back because we are bound by memories to reunite the family after 3 years of being apart. Unfortunately the structure is a bit neglected, but the pleasure of getting back together makes the rest overcome.

The hotel is very cozy and nice, lovely space with lovely and friendly management. The location is great, in central of Portofino and close to all interesting areas. Walking only 100 meter to all restaurant and bus stop . Room is very clean, breakfast is very yummy and the service is an excellent with good price.

This location is great and central in Portino. It is about 200meters from the large public parking garage. The garden is huge and the staff is great. We did not have a reservations but got the last room in the place please go here it is the best. I am going back for sure.

This restaurant is on the island of Palmaria and has really great and local food. The “muscles” are top notch and the pasta dishes have great depth in taste and the portion is quite good. Great food and service! Tucked away from the main tourist traps, this genuine restaurant did not disappoint. We had a quick lunch where we found a good selection of pasta which was cooked well and tasted great. Would happily eat here again if I visit Porto Venere again.

A Venetian boat will take you across from Portovenere. One of the most delicious meals of our trip. The mixed seafood antipasti were excellent, we loved our pastas, and the grilled fresh fish was simple yet perfect. We loved the very friendly hospitality and service above it all. Stayed here for one night while passing through. One night was probably enough. Staff were very polite and helpful but the rooms are very tired looking and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

It's a nice place but the guys actually lie about the real address! It's about 2km away for the centre - I think they do this on purpose. Restaurants are quite far and you need to walk. All the rest was good.

Location and room nice. Need to consider installing a lift, it is difficult to drag my suitcase up and down three flights of steep stairs. Also give a person enough time to do the auto check in procedure, not 3 hours before check in while I am in transit on the train travelling to Cinque Terre.

The room was fine, but by the time you're they're you're pretty guaranteed to have worked up a sweat from the train station. A 6 min walk didn't sound bad until we realized just how steep the hill was. Arriving was a little messy in terms of checking in, and they weren't able to hold our bags until we left after checking out which is always disappointing.

We have visited twice with children 8 years old and younger. The mini club is always a big success for the children, but the hours are limited to afternoon and again after dinner. We adults enjoy the menu selections (breakfast & dinner) but the children generally do not eat the dinner options. If you will be visiting from the USA, consider staying at the adjacent Hotel Helios where breakfast is available...

Overall very great experience! The bike equipment at the hotel makes life easy for riders, and it is very much appreciated. The rooms are correct for the hotel standing (might need refreshing soon). Great hotel for families with small children, for other people maybe better to avoid if you are aiming for a relaxing holiday. the food is in the norm, nothing special, simple dishes which, however, vary in the menus. for me as a vegetarian every time at dinner I had to ask to prepare something else or change the dishes because there was nothing. the waiter who served us was friendly.

Rooms are comfortable, location is perfect on the main street (Aurelia) and facing the sea. 1 km from the town center which is reachable on foot too. Bus stop in front of it (preferably tickets to buy in 'tabacchi' shops. Personnel is neat.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the street from the train station, making it a good stopover if you're taking a cruise. The hotel is a bit old, but it does have two vintage elevators. The breakfast was pretty standard, nothing special, just your typical Western quick-service hotel breakfast.

Hotel was basic, but modern. Close to the railway station & coach stop, so ideal. If going to watch either Genoa or Sampdoria, a bus runs from 50 metres away from the hotel to the stadium. Check-in was fast & effcient.

This is definitely a budget hotel. The bed mattress was way too soft for me. Felt like just a big foam pad. Bathroom is very small but room was a good size. The best thing going for the hotel is the front desk staff. They were super friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in the most beautiful setting. It’s a little dated but that adds to its charm. The waiting staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is amazing. It’s a short walk to the lovely town of Taormina and the bus station is right behind so convenient for getting around. Not great for those with mobility issues as there’s lots of steps and located high up.

In general, our stay was nice. The room was very clean, but very, very, very small. Finding the reception was complicated since we had to register at the Miramar (far from the suites) because there was no one at the reception at the San Remo luxury suites. Not the most amazing experience here. The air conditioning was not working properly during our stay and we were met with condensation from the staff. They did fix the AC our second day. They rely on WhatsApp to communicate with you during your stay and expect you to respond quickly. Overall, the room was fine. It was the staff who left us not feeling welcome or wanting to return.

I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door.
