Stay was wonderful, better than expected for a modest hotel. The atmosphere was very familiar and friendly, always willing to help with a smile.
Room had everything we needed and cleanliness was unbeatable.
Location is excellent if you want to stay right in front of La Spezia central station. I highly recommend this place to stay if you want to pay something reasonable for what they offer.
The only negative thing I can mention is the isolation of the walls if your neighbor is noisy.

It's is just outside the train station but nit noise at all. The room is good and clean and the staff are really helpful and nice. The breakfast is homemade and really tasty. I recomended the place

Location is great, especially if using the train (which takes you to Cinque Terre). Very nice and helpful staff. Can get meat and eggs for breakfast (8 euro).

The staff was the loveliest! Very good hosts and even gave me breakfast for free when it wasn’t included on my reservation.
The room was small but very clean, the breakfast was great and it is across the street from the train station to go to cinque terre.

Very close to the trainstation: perfect if you wanna go to Cinque Terre. Parking is a real problem in this area. The hotel has own parking places, so that is great too. Recommend it because of the location and free parking. We didn’t take the breakfast because we thought we could have better breakfast, cheaper, close. Because you’re very close to the center of La Spezia with lots of bakery’s and restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently next to the train station, so the location is excellent. They also provide excellent breakfast - lots of variety and tasty food. My only complaint is there was quite a bit of mildew in the shower - it could use some cleaning. So, I took off one star for that. Everything else was great.

Well located hotel just in front of the train station. Decent breakfast served. Room was nice but could have been cleaner (especially bathroom). A but of a noisy neighborhood though even at night.
