Very friendly host.
We felt at home the moment we walked into the apartment. Private car park, elevator to the 5th floor. Perfectly air-conditioned bedrooms. Really tidy bathroom with all possible accomodations including towels, washing machine and TV!
If you happen to visit Cinque Terre, I cannot think of a better rendezvous for the trip!
There are 2 buses (Line 12 right in front and Line 3 with a 6 minute walk - 4 minute if you're in a hurry) that go almost quarter-hourly to the La Spezia train station, and from there you can visit the whole 5 villages of Cinque Terre!

Tastefully decorated apartment. Comfortable. Very friendly owner. Located in a quiet area but close to some shops and restaurants.

This a very very nice 2 bedroom flat. Car park, lift to 5th floor. Very nice interior with tasty design, aircons, balcony, washing machine, nice bathroom with tube. 10 minutes walk from train station to the cinque terre
