Hotel Fioroni in Bellagio

I have visited this place upon my wife's desire to know Bellagio. It was sort of a last time decision and almost all the hotels in town were fully booked.

She found this place, read great reviews about the staff, room, breakfast and proximity to the sea and we made a 2 nights reservation.
We stayed for two nights and were negatively surprised.
Day staff is courteous, the lady at the counter very sweet.
First bad experience was the so called "great breakfast" by others. Almost all the items were plastic package food, from biscuits, cakes, small breads to the Nescafe machine.

I've asked If they had eggs and some sausage or meat and discovered I had to pay 8 euros for a very small plate with 2 slices of bacon and apparently one scrambled egg.

The room was very clean, with a great view, and a side solarium common area to have sun baths if you want, and it's a great experience to do if you are in lake Como at summer.

But air conditioning was a floss. Weak and kept temperature at sweat level all times.

And on top of that: my wife had some medical restrictions so needed to ice some bags to cool her medicine. I needed to ask for help of the janitor ( a old nonni couple) , but it was after 9:30 pm and "hotel' was ,"closed ", and he started yelling at me that I was disturbing his night, pointing to the sign on the wall. This was totally unacceptable.

It is really ridiculous to call that place a hotel. It is, at the most, a " lodge " or "pousada", with limited services and some rude people that should never be working with hospitality.
