Pizza's were OK, pasta was terrible, microwaved or reheated as had hard bits of pasta in it. Would not eat here again.

Comfortable room over looking the piazza and lake. Great central location and has parking spaces as a bonus.

Great romantic place hidden on the side of the Como lake. on the right of it is brilliant place with delicious homemade ice creams.

The pizza we ate there was horrible. I was looking forward to eat my first Italian pizza of our holiday and i was very disappointed. The mushrooms were from a can and the service was very poor. We could not pay with our card because, and i quote: the WiFi was not working. I will never eat there again.

Don't order a pizza here you will be disappointed. It's a disgrace to Italian food that they serve this.

Our non-smoking room had a beautiful patio view, but smoke from the street and nearby diners made it difficult to keep the door open. Rooms on higher floors would avoid this issue.

Excellent location right on the main square. The staff were friendly. The only negative is that the AC was a bit weak. Would stay again

Such a beautiful location. Rooms were stunning and so comfortable. Location was picture-perfect and easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights in early October 2025. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it has a great location. The bed was hard. Pillows were good. Great shower with hot water! Loved that our balcony opened up with a view of the lake. Lovely shops and dining all around. If you want more of a budget friendly stay in a good location close to the ferry then this will work well for you!

Great location and we really liked Menaggio. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Liked the owners / management team. Staff in the cafe was moody and inconsistent. Hotel is good value. Menaggio is a little calmer and more real compared to trendier Bellagio and Varenna.
