Excellent hotel!! nice and clean rooms with a beatiful view to the lake. The best, very kind people (specially Mario) and the restaurant, delicious dinner with local cuisine. 15 minutes walking distance to Menaggio center and ferry station

Offers great views. Slightly outdated. The interior gives this away. But all very well kept and clean. No fridge in room. Small room. Good bathroom. We had a room with patio which is in the annex building across a small road. Acces is easy. Underground parking for car is a great plus. 20 minutes walk down to city centre. Really steep with lots of stairs. 100 meter elevation. No problem for us but be aware. Great and friendly staff that speak english. Restaurant on premises is good, not exceptional but reasonable prices. Very kind owner. Would recommend, certainly when traveling by car.

Nice hotel, with friendly service in a very relaxed atmosphere. The owner regularly makes his rounds and has a short chat with everyone. Certainly not too long so that you really feel like a guest. Nice rooms with air conditioning and a swimming pool where it is not too busy that we were there (July). The breakfast was very good. The car jsn parked at the hotel for free. There were people visiting who had been coming here for 20 years. That says something about this hotel. We think it is recommended.
