Excellent modern hotel that is well equipped and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I were to nitpick, it would be housekeeping that doesn’t seem to replace used coffee sachets or provide enough cups and spoons for a room that housed 4 pax. Easily solved with a phone call though.

Location is good. Very convenient to go around via Metro and walking distance to the train station. Many good restaurants near the hotel. But the room heating may not be working properly and we feel cold in the cold winter nights.

Outdated overpriced hotel Hotel is outdated and I wouldn’t say they have spa. Only indoor pool and outdoor pool. We had lunch at restaurant and food quality was very poor. Sea food in pasta was tasting for freezer. Location is nice and they have good garage for car but this were the only positive things.

The hotel and pool was quite fine, personal was also ok, sometimes a little unfriendly, a smile helps a lot! The room cleaning was not good! Wonderful family hotel right on the ski slopes. My girls were thrilled with the heated pools and the mini club service. I recommend it for a family vacation combining sport and relaxation. The view from the "panoramic" slope is fantastic. It's a shame there wasn't much snow in Aprica.

Without any recommendation, we booked a short vacation with my family here as a location which was closer to Valcamonica area but not far from services being with 2 children. An unremarkable hotel in need of a refresh, everything feels worn and shabby. More of a two star than three star experience.

I have been in the hotel from the 8th to the 12th of August , I found the location great all around lake Iseo , the parking for motorbike inside or outside great , the room tidy and clean each day , the restaurant top breakfast and dinner as well with the top view of the lake , the service over the standard. The hotel is in a great spot and is centrally located. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel and found that convenient and enjoyable. And we enjoyed the free wellness voucher that comes with your booking! The hotel has bikes you can use to ride around but we ran out of time!
