It is away from the center of town but with the Amerikan ski slope across the road an easy traverse along the slopes to the gondola. Bus stop 50m away so easy to get anywhere. Rooms are very small, construction work being carried out next door. Staff in the restaurant are very good. Food good, need to ask for pescatarian. Dining room, dark, very hot, when we were there the buffet was over ran by kids. Wrong end of town for local amenities.

Hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel because there is a swimming pool. All the rest is 3-star level. Breakfast, diner, rooms, … Hygiene in the restaurant is 1 star. dirty textiles from dinner are not replaced and reused for breakfast. Disgusting Ski locker room is a complete mess and dates of the middle ages. Thee sevice and hospitality of the bar tender is excellent.

It is in a relaxed environment with a lovely pool and spa, though it is limited hours open which was a little annoying. We found our accommodation to be truly unique and authentic, much like a classic rustic setting straight out of a film. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in its construction were evident throughout. The manager (Bruno) was very helpful. A beautiful, picturesque hotel, location is great. Resturant has lovely food but definitely over priced. We stayed 3 nights, we hired a car and it provided everything that we expected. Traditional interior, some may say outdated but its a true Italian old fashioned interior which we love.

We (family of 4) stayed here for 5 days over the New Year and we can't say enough about the genuine, inviting, and fun nature of the staff. The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. We only had problems when we (a group of 7) wanted to sit at one table for breakfast - for us (Germans) this was not possible - for similar Italian groups this was not a problem at all !?
