I stayed at Cocca Hotel Royal Thai SPA for 1 night due to business trip. The hotel offers a very good view from the rooms (lake view), clean rooms, free indoor parking area. It is also possible to go accross the street and enjoy a perfect view of the lake while walking around it. I haven't used any swimming pool or SPA facility, therefore I cannot comment on these. We came to the Cocca Hotel from the USA and had a wonderful stay. Walking distance to beautiful Sarnico/Paratico. Our room was nicely affordable, well maintained, and an excellent view. Pool area was comfortable and nice as well. Bar always available for a glass of wine, coffee, and other drinks, and a variety of Thai spa treatments were offered. Would recommend!

Outdated overpriced hotel Hotel is outdated and I wouldn’t say they have spa. Only indoor pool and outdoor pool. We had lunch at restaurant and food quality was very poor. Sea food in pasta was tasting for freezer. Location is nice and they have good garage for car but this were the only positive things.

The hotel and pool was quite fine, personal was also ok, sometimes a little unfriendly, a smile helps a lot! The room cleaning was not good! Bed was done nicely but no exchange of pool towels, no exchange of any bath amnesties and also no cleaning of the used spoons! Breakfast was very good, nice choice of sweets, sausages and cheese!

Lago d'Iseo A bit outdated hotel located beatuiful at Lake Iseo. Nice staff but got a feeling they were understaffed? If you are willing to walk or take the care it's a nice place to visit.

An American like hotel, with a motel concept, near the shore of Lake Varese. There’s a busy road in between. Hotel, room, breakfast and parking were allright. We did not use the wellness and pools.

A lovely spacious family room with a large terrace and view of the lake. Beautiful and clean with a great bathroom. Breakfast was very good and the spa/ pool was perfect for a relaxing few days at the end of a busy holiday. Spa staff were lovely. It is a 4-star hotel in Monza. It is an old building and the interior furniture feels old. The bed was a bit small and the breakfast was average.

The location isn't bad, right off the highway. Check-in was quick, although they didn't explain to me that if I had large bags, it was better to enter through the main entrance and not the back where the car is parked. In fact, I had to make a plan with 20 kg of bags in each arm. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep because the room temperature was excessively hot, with no way to regulate it. This is dangerous...

The hotel staff kept the place clean and organized, and the parking spaces were provided for each hotel room - and they were behind a gate so it was very safe.

The hotel room is large and the surrounding environment is good. There is a Mingqiao River Park nearby which is very natural and ecological. You can take a walk in the morning and evening. It's just that it's too close to the main road. There are a lot of cars in the morning and evening. It will be very noisy if the windows of the rooms facing the street are opened.

we came as a bicycle team to Bormio. Hotel is in great location, great stuff (barman and waitress). all required services exist including laundry and health center. no air condition so don't take the 4th or the 1st floors. very good breakfast, dinner food was good/ok

Room temperature always 26 plus and in the bathroom even more than 33. Air conditioning is not working. Front desk and maintenance couldn’t help. So only open the window could solve it a little bit. But still not less than 26. Restaurants (esp Rivale) and breakfast are amazing. Spa is okay, but nothing super special.

The hotel is right on the lake and don’t feel busy. Always able to get a sun lounger and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You really need a car though as there is nothing really within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at Splendido Bay. While everything was great, the highlight was definitely our meals at Il Rivale. We also had lovely walks from the hotel into town. It might be a bit far for some (2.6 miles) but it was a beautiful way to get our daily exercise in. We'll definitely go back!

We had such a lovely time at Hotel Ariston. The staff were gracious and accomodating with our requests, keeping our luggage for most of the day while we were out in Milan. We have stayed at Sina the Grey for two years in a row. The hotel staff is absolutely amazing, polite and always helpful! Our gallery view room was spacious, comfy and clean. The bed was partucularly comfortable. The location is as central as it gets without being noisy.

We arrived directly from a 3-day hiking trip in the Dolomites and were so happy to find a simple but luxurious room with a beautiful bathroom and thick towels! I learned that this does not mean it has cool air all of the time. Apparently Italy only allows thermostats to control heat only in fall and winter. The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor. Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.

The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy. I went out early in the morning to explore the old castle and the park. There's a delicious pasta place nearby, run by Wenzhou natives; I recommend their asparagus and shrimp pasta.
