Stay was okay for one night. Hotel is very dated, we had an airconditioning that was making so much noise, it felt like it was about to fall down.

The only rude person we met in 6 days in Sardinia was working on the Reception desk in this hotel. it may have been due to his lack of English (had 2 or 3 phrases) and our lack of Italian. Nothing was explained to us at check in. We tried to explain we were half board he shook his head. When we phoned from our room to reception we were answered with 'one moment please' and then disconnected. Eventually...

The hotel shows the signs of time, it certainly was a well-made hotel when it opened, now it needs renovation, especially the carpeting in the rooms (at least in mine). For the rest the value for money is excellent. The cuisine is good. Particular praise goes to the staff (worth at least one more star in my opinion), very kind and efficient in satisfying my requests.

We came to this hotel due to the situation I had on arrival with the b+b casa ariston which I would say completly avoid. A really good place to stay, it's quite vintage, but its location is very convenient. Service is far enough well, although they don't speak English, so it's a good moment to practice Italian.. We came here for dinner expecting a decent amount of food options, especially since this restaurant is attached to a hotel. A sign at the entrance advised that after 07 September no Pizza is available. The menu was quite limited. With no other options in the area we had a rather pricey meal and mediocre service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean and the apartment are very equipped. The views are amazing and the beach is very nice to stay at. The beach bar is very nice and we also used their free kayak services. Definitely we're coming back.

You need to win a lottery to go to the beach. You need to pay for beach towels. You need to love walking up stairs as the climb to your room is steep. The food is average the service the same. The overall experience was poor.

In general all have been fine except the resaturant which serve low quality food. The beach is very nice and clean. There is no waves even during windy weather. The stuff been very helpfull. Quite long distance to walk to the supermarkets is a big dissadvatage.

I have to be honest, I don’t think this place deserves 4 stars. We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of September. We frequently travel around the world and this was the most disappointing “4 star” hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The staff here are not polished. Our weeks holiday came just before the hotel closed for the winter break but despite this the staff and service was first class. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the food for dinner was fabulous.

The hotel is well located however despite the web site information there is no snack bar or any amenities on the private beach other than a basic toilet. We also had an issue with the presence of rats in our balcony area which somewhat spoilt our enjoyment of the hotel. Traps were put near the balcony but the rats were managing to avoid them.

Club Hotel is located in a beautiful area. However the hotel is quite old and while extremely clean, it shows its age. The door to our room was very squeaky. Our bathroom door did not latch shut. The AC unit did not work. I was also very disappointed at the 10am breakfast cut off. We are all on holiday and some like to have a sleep in. 11am would be much more appropriate.

I stayed at Colonna Hotel du Golf and was extremely disappointed. For the €3,000 I paid, I expected much higher standards. It is a small resort in the middle of nowhere, so you really need a car to go to a beach or to a city, as the taxi services are very expensive (90€+ for a single 10 min ride). Really nice place for a holiday. Never heard of an all inclusive Italian holiday so this has been a really good experience. There are lots of experiences to enjoy. The cooking class with the executive chef Calogero Pipia was great and was very interactive and informative. You also got to try what you had cooked and prepared. Highly recommend this experience.

This property is located a short distance from town. It is lovely, quiet, and scenic. There is a gorgeous pool area and a beach. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are available at both the pool and the beach. We walked to restaurants nearby. Great place!

We had a lovely upgraded suite at this property and praise the staff and ease for parking and exploring Alghero and beyond. Nice beach and no charge for beach chairs other than front row! Beds too firm for our liking.

The location was strange but close to airport. Rooms were clean and perfect! The staff was kind and very helpful!

Shade for breakfast area would be helpful for glare. Bit warm in there. Hotel clerk was excellent and flawless. I wish everyone was as professional, helpful and pleasant like him. He gave me free water and allowed me to check in late with no additional charge. He also spoke English which is not a given in hotels, restaurants, cabs, stores. Unfortunately, the hotel is very remote and only accessible from the city center by bus. The hotel has a nice pool. The room is modern in terms of furnishings, but somewhat dated in appearance. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay.

There was a fire right outside the hotel. We argued with the hotel manager for 4 hours to accept a refund for us to change hotel but she wouldnt agree. The smoke got inside the lobby, corridors and rooms but she would still not agree with a refund. No evacuation was planned either which is insane.

The staff ia friendly and the rooms are as beautiful as they are clean. The only bad thing is the location. You have to take a taxi to go to the city center what costs you 17 € each time. But therefore the hotel itself isn't that expensive

The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were as good as can be. The hotel is clean and modern, with an excellent location in an interesting town of Assemini near the Decimomannu Air Base.

Beautiful hotel, very friendly people, especially Andrea! Very good guy, very sweet. Good food! I slept very well and it was close to the centre. 1 easy bus to cagliari and Andrea helped me very good. He helped me with everything and is very good soccer player!
