Highly recomedned (atleast room #501) The persolell, at the front desk and restaurant were all SUPERB. Room number 501 is recomended with two roof terraces, jacuzzi, upstair bedroom, 2 bathrooms... OK, the hotel could do with an fixer-upper, but all the rest was so good that it didn't matter.

Wonderful location Room was beautiful with a nice balcony facing the city and beach. Just beautiful.

Best part was the swimming beach across the street. Beautiful view of the town and water from the porches in the rooms.

From the moment we registered till we left, we enjoyed ours stay at the property. It is very well located - with beach across the road, and the town shops 5 minutes walk. There is a bar and a restaurant - which serves excellent food, and great service too. The rooms are well sized, and cleaned every day. The breakfast was nice mix of local food and fruits, and fresh. Friendly staff. Rooms clean but pool area in need of TLC. Split canopies. Broken sunbed. Pool full of sand. Not a 4 star hotel.

Beautiful authentic hotel/resort with private beach. It has a huge swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean, a number of restaurants to choose from including one right on the beach. Lots of areas to relax including a Cigar room. Rooms were large and spacious, ours had a sea view and balcony. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful

The positives: This is a really interesting place. A 1950's hotel, on the sea with its own private beach. Its a really great location and good place to relax and not a long drive from Cagliari. We stayed in the villas which were quieter and a few of the villas are right on the beach (Villa Marte) ... and if you want to hear the waves as you go to sleep its an amazing place to be. But ... The hotel area is very nice: well-kept garden, small beach or pool, however in the season there might be tough to find a sunbed. The restaurant pretends to higher quality than can offer. The staff is not trained to serve dishes or drinks. The Food is rather lower quality, specially for breakfast. Scrambled egg or bacon is served cold. You might notice the age of the object. The furnitures are old...

Good price for value, staff is kind. You will pay for the location (beach + swimming pool), nothing more. Do yourself a favor and don't spend your money on the restaurant or the hotel. High prices and very bad quality of the food. If you don't believe me, look the other several reviews regarding this topic.

The place is Magic. The views are amazing. The hotel is really quite. Perfect in April. The rooms & bathroom are a old, but the views are really super nice. The staff is really kind. I recommand to stay here
