I'm really surprised why the negative reviews. The website has photos of the rooms so I don't understand why people are complaining that the rooms are dated, since they already know what they are booking. The rooms are spotless clean, beds comfortable, the AC working perfectly and the reception always helpful and with a smile. The position of the hotel is perfect!!! We booked a room with garden view, I would suggest booking the ocean view if you can.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a type of hotel that keeps your keys when you leave. Which isn't a problem for me. There's a 24hr front desk attendant. The beach view rooms are worth it. Great views.

Great stay at this charming hotel in Mazzaro. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to the beach, cable cars and some great seafood restaurants. I do advice to book a room with a balcony - the view is amazing!

So if you want a verry good room don't come here, I mean about the location and how clean is it, it's a 10, but because the aspect of the room is like a 3,5, the bathroom fan didn't work property and it was a verry big disadvantage

It was ok. Staff were really nice but location was further than we expected from Taormina cabs were 25euros everytime… and also sooo loud and the room was very mediocre…

Very close to train line and buses continually driving past. Hotel located on narrow main road through Taormina. Breakfast very ordinary with no fresh fruit offered. I would stay next time in the town of Taormina which is a Funicular ride (if you have luggage) above the beach area. Stairs are an option to walk up and down to beach -550 steps!

The two men we met running the front desk were very friendly. One in particular helped explain the whole town to me, including parking and the stairs to the top and the cable car. Extremely helpful. This hotel is the perfect location to access everything.

This hotel is such a gem! Right next to the cable car station with easy access to Taormina , Mazzarò beach and Isola Bella. We took advantage of paid hotel Parking available nearby. We enjoyed the warm hospitality from the friendly staff and loved the view from the balcony! Rooms were small and well cleaned.

I don’t have any complaints, a simple place with some breakfast choices. Right near the sea which was great. The staff was very friendly and there was a 24/7 reception. The location is perfect as its right near a taxi station and a cable car, so travelling is accessible. Very affordable prices too, great value for money
