Everything is great except the checking in is a bit confusing. Stuff is helpful; however, I suppose to be charged tax for 3 EUR according to *******, But I was requested by the staff for 6 EUR at the site.

Room was ver clean. Very small when you need room for your suitcases. . Bathroom was also quite small. Breakfast was very basic but staff were cheery. There are some shops nearby for supplies.

Uncomfortable tiny room no furniture no where to place your belongings just a tiny closet. Small bathroom with a tiny shower. No privacy balcony leading to other rooms. Broken AC leaking water against the wall. Refused to change towels daily and clean the room. Asked for cash payment otherwise a € 15 charge will be applied if using credit card. No receipt given. Very arrogant landlord and staff swearing and shouting at guests

Good place for the price. The only problem is that you can hear everything from the other rooms.

The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was fully satisfying. The security of the hotel and the rooms was constantly maintained. The host, Chiara, was very kind and helpful. Right opposite the hotel there is a supermarket. Surely recommend!

The room is small but clean, and you get what you need (hairdryer and shower stuff). The breakfast time is very early and not much a variety of food so we skipped mostly. The location is very close to the Neapolis Archaeological Park but I would prefer to live somewhere closer to Ortigia next time as there are more restaurants and activities going on there. Especially if you don’t have a car, you will have to walk 20+ minutes there which is a torture to walk during the cruel summer. If you want to do laundry, nothing nearby. Also no reception so you will have to call the number upon arrival and wait for the lady to come.

Check-in was a real pain with host not responding to SMS messages (day before) and not picking up telephone calls on arrival. Did not meet guests as promised in reservation. City Tax was more than stated in reservation (advised 1 Euro but was 2 Euros per person). Rooms are tiny and cannot walk anywhere easily, including teeny toilet room with tiny shower. Cannot even sit on the toilet without opening the shower doors. The matron who makes breakfast not too friendly and only speaks Italian but the continental spread is good, if not weird outside "al fresco" beside the street noise/traffic. TV has lots of channels but all Italian language. Air Con cannot be controlled except off or on. Overall, not recommended except if not much other choice.
