The hotel is not far from the city center. It's a short walk away. The staff is very polite and helpful. The room was clean, with robes and slippers for the spa. A bottle of local wine was waiting in the room. Everything was very thoughtful and lovely.
The rooftop terrace is very comfortable for relaxing. There are also fitness facilities.
The breakfast is especially impressive! There's fish, ham, croissants, and fresh orange juice. The rolls and croissants are baked on site and served hot.

Beautiful apartment, well-appointed room, everything you need, excellent daily cleaning, wonderful location, magnificent veranda with breathtaking views! We loved everything!

Can’t be classified as 4 stars Hotel, actually it is only air BNB. For the all photos, the outlook of it doesn’t shown, this is because they don’t want to let you know. when I go in the room, the towel is grey-yellowish. It gives me so uncomfortable and unsafe here. The surrounding is not good for travel because outside is a maintenance area. I immediately go to the lobby and request to cancel the 3-nights booking and change another hotel. They still request me to pay all 3 nights

The hotel arranged rooms on the first floor facing the street. The windows were not allowed to be opened during the day or at night, so the air quality in the whole room was very poor.

I booked a triple room with my friend. The double bed was big, and the single bed was a little small but still enough for sleeping. There is also a small kitchen in the room where you can cook. The bathroom has good lighting, which is very suitable for makeup needs. It is within walking distance to downtown Florence, and there are many bus options

Very good, warm welcome, clean and comfortable room. With indoor SPA. Hotel not far from the city center (10 minutes walk). What better way to celebrate a wedding anniversary in Florence.

Just outside the old town, a very comfortable hotel with a beautiful small garden. From the 5th floor rooftop you can enjoy the dome and tower of Santa Maria del Fiore. The rooms are fully equipped, the hotel is decorated in a modern and artistic style, and the service is attentive and friendly.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, location is slightly off centre but not too far of a walk to the central touristy spots. Nice pool and spa, really recommend - can be overcrowded but manageable. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast only from 7:30-10:30am. Easy check in and check out. Would come back again.
