Great location near everything. Duomo is down the street. Large rooms and friendly helpful staff. Their recommendations for panini shop (La Divina)and dinner (Cafaggi) were excellent. We highly recommend both. Great gelato directly across the street at Caribe and also a couple of blocks away at La Strega. Highly recommend!

There are 2 large rooms, a nice size bedroom and living room. I can’t imagine any hotel in Florence is this spacious. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Location is phenomenal. Near the Duomo, museums, restaurants, etc. in the heart of the city. Very walkable to everywhere.

I love this place. Will definitely return. The guys who run it are top. Not a chain/non corporate just great customer set and attention to detail! The rooms were beautiful and the renovation is classy yet true to the spirit of Florence!

Nice apartment hotel, clean, friendly staff. Great location, close to everything in the city center. 5 minutes walk to the main cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. The hotel has a very nice courtyard and a couple of tables where you can drink an alcoholic doink, coffee and smoke a cigarette...

Well what can I say. I partner and I stayed here for 2 nights after staying in a hotel 3 nights before when he had a break in Florence. The place is stunning. The room ‘pepper’ we stayed in was beautifully decorated and the attention to detail was spot on. The bed was super comfy! The garden was also stunning with the most amazing decor and furniture and drapes that really gave it such a tropical feel. The touch of happy hour 6-7pm made the visit extra special as we had a free cocktail each every evening and they were delicious and tailor made if we wanted something that wasn’t on the menu. The hosts were amazing and made us feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hospitality and warm welcome every time we saw them was so lovely. The hotel was in a very good location near places of interest. If you’re thinking of booking here, DO IT! If we visit Florence again, we will definitely be back!

Where do I begin! We were greeted at reception by a very smiley Rafa who quickly checked us in and showed us to our room. We arrived just in time for happy hour which gives all guests a free cocktail and then €6 for a cocktail there on! We dumped our bags in an absolutely room called Curcuma Suite! The suite has its own bedroom through double door on a magnificent looking bed which is just as comfortable as it looks. It also had Netflix in lots of different languages which was a lovely touch before bed. Turn right through the entrance and you’re met with a bathtub and lounge area which had complementary snacks such as muffins and biscuits! There was another TV in here and an espresso machine. On the other side of the lounge was the bathroom which was lovely, it was equipped with ***** lights above shower which was a nice touch! The shower was lovely, attached to the ceiling feels like warm, soothing and heavy rain. The happy hour makes this hotel so unique, we indulged in this both nights and has about 10 cocktails between two of us through the two nights. We had these cocktails in the garden which we highly recommend doing but you can have the cocktails in your room as well. The garden was stunning to the eye! Comfortable chairs and a beautiful ambiance, this area was lush! The cocktails were incredible, we enjoyed every single one, you’d think you were at a professional cocktail bar, you can enjoy your cocktail with a complimentary bowl of crisps, crackers and nuts! You can also play chess or cards if you feel like it in the garden. The hosts Rafa, Luca and Nick provide the best customer service in Italy! All 3 constantly smiling and going above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay in Florence. Please listen to their restaurant recommendations if you ask for them as the one meal we chose to go with something outside their recommendations we had a terrible meal, they know they proper authentic places in Florence to get this best food and will even book the table for you so you do not have to worry! To top it off, my fiancée and I got engaged a few days prior and were contacted by my parents to leave a bottle of champagne and strawberries in the room. They went as far as to print off a note and set it all up whilst we were in the hotel in the garden and made this surprise look so lovely, they were more than accommodating to my parents which made our stay here that much extra sweeter! Overall if we ever find ourselves in Florence or hear that friends of ours are going we will jump at the opportunity to get a room here booked!
