We had a fantastic stay at Ricasoli Garden Relais. Our suite was incredibly clean, spacious, and modern, featuring a stunning bathroom, many amenities and comfy bed. Despite being centrally located near the Duomo, the building was surprisingly quiet. There’s no breakfast area, but you can use breakfast vouchers at the nearby coffee shop. These vouchers get you a coffee, juice, pastry, and a savoury pastry.

Easy to use the codes (we checked in at 5pm and also left our luggage on the next day).
The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend the place, especially when it is so close to everything.

This hotel is a hidden gem right in the centre of Florence. The room was large and had all the amenities we needed. The location could not be better - just steps from the Duomo but also relatively quiet at night. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location near everything. Duomo is down the street. Large rooms and friendly helpful staff. Their recommendations for panini shop (La Divina)and dinner (Cafaggi) were excellent. We highly recommend both. Great gelato directly across the street at Caribe and also a couple of blocks away at La Strega. Highly recommend!

There are 2 large rooms, a nice size bedroom and living room. I can’t imagine any hotel in Florence is this spacious. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Location is phenomenal. Near the Duomo, museums, restaurants, etc. in the heart of the city. Very walkable to everywhere.

I love this place. Will definitely return. The guys who run it are top. Not a chain/non corporate just great customer set and attention to detail! The rooms were beautiful and the renovation is classy yet true to the spirit of Florence!

The location of the hotel is the best part of the hotel. It’s central to everything and everything is walking distance. It’s not a true bed and breakfast as we think about in the western world because there was no food at the hotel, not even a coffee. There was hardly anyone at the front desk the entire time we were there which was odd because there was no one to talk through our problems. The rooms are okay, but the ac didn’t work well in the room I was in. My shower was horrible and there was some severe draining issues, which I randomly found someone towards the end of my trip so they were able to fix it.
The courtyard is much smaller than pictured and right next to some rooms on the first floor which can be hard to sleep in with the noise from the courtyard.

Nice apartment hotel, clean, friendly staff. Great location, close to everything in the city center. 5 minutes walk to the main cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. The hotel has a very nice courtyard and a couple of tables where you can drink an alcoholic doink, coffee and smoke a cigarette...
