I’m from the USA - the hotel was amazing! Staff and cleanliness were top notch. The rooftop! Location! All great.
But the bed and pillows ( as most are in Europe - at least in my experience ) were not comfortable at all. I would give them a 2/10.
Couple of spiders in the room. No big deal but when they would clean, they left trash on the floor, did not replenish coffee/ cream. For the price I wish we had WiFi at least! The view made up for the bad though.
