The location is right in the center. It's a bit noisy because of this. But everything is close by, so I don't need public transportation; I walked everywhere without any problems.
This is my first time booking a room with an external bathroom. This means the bathroom is for the exclusive use of the assigned room, but it's located in the shared hallway, not within the room. It's locked with a key.
There's a water dispenser in the hallway, which is a plus.
My room door had a combination lock. It's very convenient, but the system was a bit flaky, and sometimes it took a while to open.
Otherwise, everything is great, comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The room has a refrigerator and kettle, but no safe.
There's no reception. You'll need to let us know your arrival time in advance so a staff member can come and check you in.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was prime location fo everything we needed and so spacious!

We had a late arrival and the staff was still amazing and made sure we were able to get in with no issues. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay near the Duomo and several places to dine or shop. Rooms were nice, was safe and location was perfect. I’d recommend!

There is no permanent reception, no toilet or shower in the room, no way to leave luggage after checkout. This is not a hotel. This is a hostel.

Was fine for one night but would not stay again.
We had two rooms. Rooms were very clean and big. AC units were old though and did not cool the rooms below 25. Door codes were provided but did not work half the time so we had to keep room keys with us at all times. WiFi does not work well in rooms luckily the retail stores below have WiFi that reaches. One room had a very firm mattress and the other room smelled of cat urine. Property is very centrally located which was very nice.

This property is located in a mixed use building. The hotel itself was quiet and clean but located on a busy and loud road.

Clean room in an excellent location it is about a 2 minute walk from the piazza del duomo however the bathroom was separate to the room I did enjoy my stay and would recommend if someone was more focused on being in the city than in the room

Rooms were nice. Good location near the Cathedral. Only thing that could improve was their communication before checking in. They needed a "pre-arranged" time for them to check us in because they don't have a reception but had no way of emailing them. Their "hotel phone number" on trip.com was also incorrect and unresponsive. Thankfully, someone random let us in the big front door and we could see their phone number on their door to call them. The guy that came to check us in was really nice.

Less than 100m from the Duomo this room is in a fantastic location. The only issues to be aware of are that there are floor boards that are buckled that could be a hazard for some but it is only in one small area. Room is small but location makes up for it. The shower has good pressure and the free drinking water was appreciated. The bathroom is very small but adequate and be aware the lights come on whenever you open the door which is not ideal at night. Also note some rooms (not ours) have shared bathrooms.
