Great place to stay. Hosts are very kind and helpful. It's a considerable walk from the center of Firenze, but handy if you are driving and prefer a calmer place to spend the night! Easy access to public transportation too. Definitely recommend.

The room is clean and big, position also convenient if you have a car. Nice villa for spending the weekend.

???the hotel is very beautiful, simple, but colorful and tasteful, clean. The staff are friendly. Near the hotel you can Park the car, the place is always there. The location is convenient - about a 15 minute walk from Ponte, Veku.

Rooms are updated but still have that Villa charm. Beautiful wood floors, real wood shutters and privacy screens with 2 separate glass panes. This is a family run Villa. Silvia and crew make every available effort to make you comfortable. They help with breakfast in the morning. Carry your luggage. The location is so close to Firenze. Walk 10 minutes to the gate. Another 10 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio. They have a front courtyard to hang out in with privacy wall all around. It's very safe and secure. You'll receive 3 keys when you register. Front gate, front door and your room. There is on street parking. This is located on a busy street called Senese. Which gives you great location but some street noise. Which I didn't mind much. Thank you Sylvia and Leo for your hospitality, your help, your kindness, your generosity. Arriving with two young children, you really made us feel welcome. The villa looks amazing, rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom spotless. Breakfast amazing. We definitely want to come back. The location is great, whether you want to stay in Florence or explore Tuscany. Dont forget Piazzale Michelangelo is very close and the view is amazing.

A perfect quiet stay in a private family-owned villa, in-style interior and customer-oriented service. Do recommend it, away off hustle and bustle of Firenze.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The villa is superb, the owners are incredibly friendly, welcome and humane. They constantly expressed much sincere personal interest in your comfort during the stay. The breakfast is tasty: eggs, toasts, flakes, yogurts, fresh baked buns and croissants, cherry tomatoes, cheese, ham, fresh juice, real coffee. The villa is on the outskirts of the Florence, and it takes about 20-30 minutes on foot to get to the very downtown. Yet my fiancé and me are keen on walking, so we adored our walks down pleasant streets and lanes of the city. For those who care, public buses are available. The view of Florence in the valley was amazing out of the window, birds were singing every morning, the air was fresh. The room itself is light, cozy with some décor in the interior. There is a mini fridge, a kettle in the room, it was comfy. There is a shower cabin, a heated towel rail, some toiletries, a hair drier in the bathroom. There is a extra electric heater and a safe available. Wi-Fi works fine. Overall, it is a wonderful quiet place to stay in Florence.
Drawbacks: We stayed there at the beginning of March and it was not quite warm outside, the heating regulated somehow externally and it was rather cold during daytime hours. The floors are tiled and cold, so the slippers might have been needed. The bed was comfy but noisy a bit having a kind of film under the sheets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They were very friendly, and the room was spacious and clean and thoughtfully designed. A/C worked well. We were in a suite with kitchen and it had all the things that we needed. Parking was easy. It's about a 25min walk from Ponte Vecchio, which is a fairly long walk when it's hot out. So I recommend to drive to park closer to perhaps cut your walk to the center in half. We didn't catch the bus bcz it seemed that it would require a transfer anyway.
