I booked a single room, so my review is based solely on my experience in that room:
Everything else was great, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. However, the soundproofing in the room was absolutely terrible – practically non-existent. I could hear every word spoken next door crystal clear. The TV blaring in the neighboring room at 1 AM forced me to stay up, and then when they woke up after 7 AM, I couldn't get back to sleep either.
If peace and quiet are important to you, I'd strongly advise against choosing this place.

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. It's conveniently located close to the train station and within easy reach of the attractions. The room was clean, and a nice bonus was having a coffee machine with capsules and a tea station. I also appreciated the complimentary candies and cookies with the coffee. I arrived by an early morning train from Rome and left on the last train the next day. I was able to leave my backpack before check-in and explore unburdened. The breakfast was good, tasty, and I enjoyed it – there was plenty of everything. The pickled plums for dessert were especially delicious. The staff was friendly. In the lobby, you can grab coffee, water, and snacks (you should check at check-in, as it seems to be included in the stay). You can also order wine and Aperol at reasonable prices. There are restaurants near the hotel. Overall, I liked everything.

It's right next to the train station, within walking distance of the Florence Cathedral (Santa Maria del Fiore), and about a 10-minute walk from the Uffizi Gallery. The breakfast is delicious; I ate my fill every day! The facilities are a bit old, but very clean.

The loft-type room was very nice. The interior was classic and very lovely. My kids were delighted. There was also a balcony, so we could relax and enjoy coffee after breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, and when I told them I wanted to use the room earlier than the regular time because I was leaving early, they gladly agreed. I am very grateful.

I liked that they kept my luggage in a locker with a lock instead of at the front desk. The interior of the lobby was lovely.

We stayed here for one night during our trip to Florence and couldn’t have been happier. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Parking was available at a very reasonable rate, with the garage attendant conveniently handling both drop-off and return of the car. The room was spacious, well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, our stay was outstanding—definitely a 10/10. I would highly recommend this hotel to both solo travelers and families, as it offers fantastic value for the price.

We stayed in March 2025. A cute hotel very close to the train station. The rooms are clean and new. The TV in the room was high quality and the internet service was also very successful. The breakfast was very good. The croissant was very delicious, definitely worth trying.
