It is not a real hotel. Only advantage is nearby the train station.

I highly recommend this stylish antique-style Airbnb in Florence! The management is impeccable, and the value for money is surprisingly good! Although the place isn't large, the facilities are excellent. The rooms are impeccably clean and smell wonderful. The best part is the small bar with complimentary food; the croissants at breakfast were absolutely delicious! 😋

It's a guesthouse, which wasn't clearly stated on Ctrip. The owner probably lives across the hallway from the guesthouse.

We agreed to return to the guesthouse at 3 PM to pick up my luggage, but when I arrived just 5 minutes later, everyone was walking their dog, and there was no one there. I waited for 40 minutes and almost called the police because my train was at 3:20 PM. This is a major red flag!

Aside from that, the room was quite nice and clean. They even provided bread (though breakfast wasn't supposed to be included) and coffee in the morning, and the fridge had water, drinks, and alcohol—all free.

There's a Chinese restaurant nearby, Grandma's Home. There's also a good Italian restaurant.

Convenient place. Can take tram to arrive the nearest station and just walk 3mins to arrive. There is free water and fresh juice in the fridge. Clean place and the bed is very comfortable. I had 2 nights of good sleep. Walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Highly recommend here!

This is a B&B-style hotel. The rooms aren't very large, but the facilities are very complete. The most surprising thing is that there's a small bar inside the hotel with free food. Not only is there a refrigerator full of drinks, but the host will also thoughtfully prepare breakfast and make you a cup of coffee. It's great! The elevator to the upper floors is a bit awkward.

The hotel is in a great location, with all the main sights of Tuscany concentrated around it. It's a great hotel! It's very close to Pienza, a 10-minute drive away! The hotel has a retro style!

A very good choice for staying. The room is very clean. The landlord is attentive and enthusiastic. He prepared free croissants, coffee, mineral water, drinks, etc. for us. The elevator is also very unique🤭. The location is excellent. I will definitely choose this place next time I come!

I love this place. I didn't expect that I could see the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore from the window, and the room was very big and the bathroom was spacious. There are also breakfast croissants and yogurt juice in the refrigerator for you to drink every day.
