There was no one in the reception, and this made me a little bit scary

It was advertised as B&B which it isn't no breakfast available and no mention of price Never say a human being at all all done on WhatsApp No smoke detectors in the room Sink plug didn't work

The hotel's location is very convenient—the main attractions are easily accessible on foot. The room was decent, but there were some niggles. First, it was chilly in mid-October, even though we had the air conditioner on heating mode. There were no slippers, and the floor was icy, especially in the bathroom, where the heating didn't seem to reach. Second, there were only two plastic cups, even though we stayed for several nights. Third, the closet creaked with every movement, and the headboard and light fixtures were covered in dust, as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

Our room was clean and the location was about a 15 minute walk from a lot of the major landmarks. The hosts were helpful through WhatsApp and did a nice refresh cleaning of our room. The air conditioning in the room was also the best we’ve had in Italy so far!!

We had a quite an issue however, with the water pressure in our shower. We were only staying for two nights, so didn’t feel the need to mention it to the hosts as it wouldn’t impact us for too long.

But, while showering we often experienced the water completely losing pressure, so much so that we thought we had accidentally turned the water off. It would eventually come back, but it was never very strong to begin with. This made showering a little difficult.

Serena was extremely helpful! It’s conveniently located between 2 tram stops & you can take the tram from the airport for less than 2€! This place is about a mile walk from the Duomo, which is great for me but something to consider. Personally, I liked that it was a little bit away from the more congested touristy spots. The room was very clean, with vaulted ceilings and an effective air conditioner. The blackout shutters were FANTASTIC! With them closed, my friend and I did not know if it was day or night. :) There’s a great lil coffee bar right next door that kept me sufficiently hydrated and caffeinated.

The triple room has virtually no compartments at all, despite the fact that there are separate rooms for sleeping on the webpage

The building was locked and I had to contact the facility to check in. I wish they would have contacted me the day before or in advance.

Prompt help from front desk Ms.Serena by given clear institutions how to get in to the hotel & calling taxi for us to depart, toilet clearing has room to improve, otherwise a good stay when we were in Florence.

Everthing is perfect, making a favourable impression for me, specifically for its cleanliness, service, ementities and location( 4 mins to city centre by bus)
Besides, this room and environment is a bit traditiinal, but i am really fond of it.
Overall, pretty nice.
