This is unique hotel with a lot of antique furniture and art, if you’re someone into it you’ll love it. I’ve seen alot of bad reviews about this hotel but my experience was great, the staffs were helpful and very friendly. The hotel was very clean to be honest. The made me coffee every morning even when I was late for breakfast on the first day. It was a good stay overall. Ms Angela and Ms Antonella was amazing to me, kudos to them.

I had a restful and peaceful two nights in this very pleasant small hotel. It’s scrupulously clean, the staff are polite and helpful and it has a delightful private garden .

Perfect homebase for our 8 day wisit to florence. Good location, wery nice people. The room was nice, bed good and bathroom clean.

This hotel was in a great location, but unclean and not safe. The rooms were not very clean. Parts of the trim and wood work fell down. I was there with a school group using many rooms. Several rooms the ac did not work. Many rooms were filled with old and broken decor. The rooms were all over the place and hard to find. They were not numbered in any order. This is not a good hotel for a school group. The breakfast was good and the courtyard lovely. The evening staff was not good.

The location was ideal for being fairly close to the train station. The room had ample space and was clean. Part of the door frame around the bathroom was missing so some work needed to be done. I appreciated the included free breakfast in the morning and the courtyard patio to sit in.

This hotel is down right disgusting. We showed up excited because the pictures looked cute and it a good walking distance. The female front desk worker is rude, the sheets have blood stains on them after switching rooms and the worst part, is we found bed bugs. They refuse to refund us and are making us stay in their infested hotel. Do not come here. Pay the extra money and stay anywhere else.
