My son graduated at the end of May, 2024. We hosted a group of family and friends for a week in Firenze to celebrate the graduation. There were 10 of us, and we made use of all the rooms. Everything about the Villa was warm and welcoming for our guests. The rooms were clean and as shown in the photos. The parking was a godsend - outside the ZTL. The nearby tram stop was great for those who wanted a shorter walk to city centre.
We loved dealing with Odette - the hostess. She gave us restaurant recommendations, arranged a special dinner for all of us in the Villa, found a van driver to transport us to Verrazano for a wine tour, made our daily breakfast (including barista services!) and - she did our laundry! So lovely. We told her we would try to be back…hopefully for other celebrations!

We stayed here for two nights while exploring Florence and we were so happy with it! The room was beautiful, comfortable pillows and very clean. The host was lovely, the whole property smelt divine and the outlook from our room was very pleasant. This place is very conveniently located with a tram stop at the end of the street, and you can download the local tram app “at bus” and buy €1.70 tickets. Super user friendly and takes you right to the heart of town. Highly, highly recommend this beautiful bed and breakfast for a comfortable and cozy stay while exploring Florence!

The owner was friendly and the free parking was great too! The house was pretty and everything was great, but there was a bit of dust in the bathroom and curtains. Other than that, I had a great stay!

Not bad at all.
Very pretty house, superbly decorated.
Spacious, clean, and pretty room.
It's a shame that breakfast is only made with cheap/hard-discount items. While not expensive (€10), it doesn't match the standard of this beautiful residence.

Beautiful villa. Room was spacious, quiet, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small, especially the shower. Location was excellent, just 18 minutes walk to Mercato central. Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Had a lovely stay at the Villino Fiorentino.
Were offered to park within the gates of the establishment but found parking outside just fine.

A little bit outside the city centre but a 15 minute walk will take you there. Make sure to grab a gelato at Medici on the way.

Room was very clean and fresh.
Odette was very communicative via whatsapp and gave quick answers to my questions.

The room was big and comfortable and easy to access even without the host. Nice with private parking. cation was a little bit far from the old city, maybe a 15-20 minute walk. But there is a tram stop close by. A little bit pricier than average, but worth it.

Positive points : internal parking but limited and your car may be blocked by other residents
Well equipped rooms the furniture was like 5 stars hotels .
Negative points:
The AC doesn't work properly, it was really hot there .
The lady that did the check in knocked our door strongly and told me that i have change the parking of my car i understand but she spoke loudly with me and this was really disrespectful from her .

The building is charming and well located - a bit tricky to find at first and we drove past a couple of times, but it's walking distance from the city centre in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Having access to free parking in such a central location was very helpful. While Room 2 was comfortable, the bathroom really is impractically small and we had to nearly climb over the toilet to get to the shower. Unfortunately, it looked like the shower had a leak and the pressure was very low as a result. In fairness, the host invited us to contact them if we had any issues or questions. However, it was gone 10PM when we realised and, as we planned on leaving early the next morning, we just didn't have the time. Breakfast was a little light and lacked variety compared to other guesthouses we visited, which may have been because (I think?) we were the only guests at the time; in retrospect, I would have preferred to hold on to the €10pp and spend a bit more elsewhere.
