Really lovely place and the 2 ladies who run it couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. The rooms were really clean and I would have given a 5 star for everything but the curtain in our room didn’t stretch across and as a result let in the light so we didn’t sleep too well. Everything else and the ladies were amazing and location wise it’s honestly so good.

Beautiful B&B with a great breakfast area, garden, large room/bathroom and fantastic staff! Agatha at the front desk was so helpful and enjoyable to talk to! And the owner Simone did a beautiful job decorating, there were tasteful signs all over the property in English/Italian indicating the location of things and suggestions for local things to do in the city. So amazing! The Wi-Fi was very fast, as well.

I have stayed at Mosi several times in the last years and I love this place. The atmosphere and style are great, everything is clean and the kitchen (for breakfast) with the garden is lovely. Moreover, it is close to Piazzale Michelangelo and San Miniato al Monte.

A hidden gem with the kindest people running it! Kim was a sweetheart and was so lovely to us during our stay :) I loved how clean and cosy it was with the most beautiful view looking out onto their garden that is so well kept. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we would stay here again!

Lovely home feel to the property. Everything you need provided. Breakfast simple but fruit and biscuits available at other times of the day. Kim was very helpful and the owner Simone was also very welcoming.
Accommodation is a long walk from the centre but close to the viewing platform for great views over the city.

My first time in this beautiful city. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in! Simona, the hostess was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The room was clean, spacious and with an amazing view to the garden. I’m definitely coming here the next time I come to Florence!

I spent a week alone in Florence in mid May. Mozi Firenze was my lovely home base. The neighborhood was away from the bustle of the city, yet close enough to walk into and out at end of day. A park like area. There was a perfect neighborhood restaurant just down the street. (There were a few local restaurants) Simona is a lovely host, She assisted me before and during my stay in getting transport and other advice. The hotel is safe and secure. Boho chic. Bed and bath quite comfortable. Was able to open my door and get cool jasmine scented Tuscan air in the night. I started my day with a perfect breakfast in the peaceful garden. Only recommendation would be a full length mirror in the room somewhere.

This is such a lovely and quirky place to stay, and we were warmly looked after by the host Simona and Kim. Very peaceful part of Firenze and a short stroll from Piazza Michelangelo for the best view of the city. And very near no 23 bus stop which gets you into main part of Florence if your feet get tired! Would stay again. Lovely and easy.
