I enjoyed my stay, the room was comfortable. When I got in there was no electricity in my room and no one told me to turn on the electricity box in the room. I also didn't get any coffee pods for the coffee machine, apparently other rooms had them. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Great location. Air conditioner worked perfectly. After walking from the train station with our luggage, being hot and exhausted, we had to wait 12 minutes outside because she was booking a new reservation. Our towels were never changed in 3 nights not to mention I itched a mosquito bite, had a few blood stains on the sheets (night 1 ) and they never changed the sheets. These minor things may not matter to someone else, in that case, this would be a perfect little spot. :)

Fab place to stay.
Great place to stay, with in walking distance of all major attractions, including major train station if you are travelling round, or planning a day trip to Pisa. Room very clean, beds very comfortable (memory foam). Air con which was a must! Friendly welcome, just come armed with Google Translate. It is more Bed than Breakfast, plenty of reasonable places to eat close by (Banana Bar for breakfast was fantastic). Could not fault our 4 day stay here.

We had a great time in Florence and nice apartment in the heart of the historic city. Landlady was very nice, helpful and polite, she offered us help trying to find a bus to Pisa because railway was in strike. Also, we could leave a luggage in the apartment. Kitchen is supplied with toast, coffee, tea, cheese in a fridge, available for the breakfast. Recommendations for choosing this accomodation.

I stayed 3 nights and had no problems. Small family run property. Walking distance to station and all of the city attractions. I didn't have breakfast. Wi-fi was good. Owner's Son can speak good English. I am a solo traveller and all in all I had a comfortable stay.

This was may favourite place Ive ever booked. Absolutely charming. Very nice atmosphere, clean, nice mattress and very nice staff. I stayed for one night in July, will definitely recommend to all of my frineds and hope to be back. All other things also what you would expect from a hotel, air conditioning, coffee (with actual milk and also decaf), some breakfast, along with iron, hairdryer etc.

It was awesome location in the center of Florence. Staff was helpful and friendly. My room was for a single person with it’s private bathroom and it was spotless and very tasty decorated.
A few blocks from The duomo and ponte vecchio. I highly recommend it.
I will come back again 🥰

The BB has perfect location about 15 min walking distance to Duomo and only 3 min to The Central Market. It's located in the quiet area. The room was extremly clean, very cosy, has comfortable bed and small, nice batroom. The air condition works fine. In the kitchen you can grab some snack for breakfast like crossants or bread as well as make a tea or cafe. The fresh water was in the room every day. The owner Daniela is very friendly and helpful. If you want to explore Florence by foot It's the best place for you. I will come back soon. Monika

Aesthetically done B&B with a very good location. Nice clean spacious room with a shared kitchen having complementary little breakfast. Check in was hassle free as the staff was available and he helped with luggage as there were no stairs for the second floor. Neighbourhood is quiet, and this property is located close to all the attractions, as Florence is a highly walkable city. Room had kettle, AC, heater, refrigerator and other basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. However would like to point out that room was made but towels were not changed, the same towels (partly wet) were folded and kept in the bathroom, which is highly unprofessional and unhygienic practice. Highly recommended for stay, due to location and nicely done up B&B.

This is a building with a history of more than 500 years. It has a great location, but there is no elevator. The host is very nice. There is water, coffee, fruit, milk, snacks, etc. in the refrigerator, which is suitable for backpackers.
