The service was very welcoming. The location is super convenient, right next to the station, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, they offer luggage storage, which is a big help.

Good place to stay, but abit disappointed with the bathroom, too small and unable to turn back if you are big and 6ft, good location and love the stays

An old-fashioned hotel. The keys are unique, and you have to leave them at the front desk when you go out. Breakfast is always cold, but they politely ask if you'd like coffee, tea, or something else. It's very close to the attractions.

For a 3 star hotel, the service and room provided are of decent quality. With attentive front desk staff and clean rooms. Provided breakfast is adequate and good.

Suitable for short stay. Walking distance from metro. Provide breakfast is a plus. The room is clean enough. We enjoyed our stay and 100% recommended! Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Most of the hotels in Europe don’t provide those.

The room was a bit dated, and the furniture quite basic. On the plus side, it's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the art gallery, cathedral, and good spots to watch the sunset. What's even better, it's right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying Chinese food and browsing the Chinese supermarket. I even found the best-tasting water I've ever had on a trip at the Chinese supermarket – I was so happy about that! However, watch out for that ice cream shop on the same street – it's a total rip-off!

The room was a bit dated, but it had all the necessary amenities and was very quiet. The luggage storage felt a bit informal and insecure since bags were left unattended, but thankfully, theft doesn't seem to be a common problem. Its location is excellent, very close to both the train station and the Duomo.
