Nice location close to the city center. Unfortunately windows were to the busy car street.
Nice terrace and there is church in the backyard! No teapot

The path was a bit challenging due to the cobblestones, but it's close to Florence Cathedral and all the other tourist attractions.
The accommodations are clean, quiet, and spacious!
The fridge is fully stocked, and the staff is very friendly.

Quiet neighbourhood, few minutes walk from tram station Strozzi Fallaci, spacious room and friendly lady in charge. Recommended.

Easy to check in remotely. It was located next to a lot of restaurants and a nice park that we were able to walk to. Angelica, the property manager was so helpful! She provided me with great information on how to check in and use keys to get into the building.

The room is spacious, and all the facilities are good. The staff is friendly, and the view from the balcony is lovely. Everything about this hotel is great, but the airflow from the hair dryer is weak, making it difficult to dry my hair.

Accommodation was good, no frills, but then you should not expect any at this style and price of the room. It was very clean , a good modern bathroom. Important you advise of arrival time as a member of staff welcomes you , and opens up for you.There is no other staff on duty in the property. Road outside rather noisy at night.

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the main attractions. There are good restaurants nearby. The room is clean and tidy, and there is also daily cleaning service. The security is very good, so you can rest assured.

Good location close to bus and tram stops. The room is clean and has a beautiful balcony. If you are tired, you can order deliveroo. There are many choices and it is very convenient.

The location in the city is good. You can reach everything by foot.

This was my absolute favorite place we stayed at in all of italy. Great location, walking distance to everything and the terrace is STUNNING!! Fabio is a lovely and kind host & breakfast was so appreciated. Everything about this place is thoughtfully planned out and very well cared for. Loved it here so much and I hope to return one day!

Gentlemen, book this place and buy your lady a bottle of wine to enjoy out on the terrace. You'll win points big time :)
