Park Palace Hotel in Florence

We stayed here as a family of four and loved it. The hotel itself is full of character and charm, and the staff were super helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was great, served out on the terrace, which was a lovely spot to start the day. They also did lunch and dinner — just lighter things like salads and snacks since there wasn’t a chef at the time — but it was still nice to have the option. The garden was great, with plenty of space to lounge by the pool in either sun or shade under the trees. Our family room was comfortable and a decent size for four of us. There’s parking available, though it’s a bit of a squeeze! The location was fantastic — about a 20-minute walk down the hill to the Ponte Vecchio (coming back up the hill was another matter, it's quite steep!). All in all, a really lovely place to stay — relaxed, friendly, in a nice quiet area, but perfect for walking right into Florence. ⸻

Stayed here for four nights with my husband and it was amazing! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved that it was outside of the busyness of the city but close enough to have a taxi take us back and forth throughout the day. We had the hotel call us a taxi multiple times but also downloaded AppTaxi to get rides back to the hotel which was very convenient. The room was very comfortable and the pool area very peaceful - we loved coming here to wind down after exploring all day!

We spent four nights at this hotel celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and this hotel made our visit to Florence! The hotel is quiet and situated in beautiful gardens with a pool. The breakfast was gorgeous especially the coffee which we had each morning on the terrace. Initially we were worried we were far out of the city as our taxi cost e40 but we soon found out about the local number 12 and 13 buses outside the hotel! We also enjoyed a couple of walks downhill and uphill approx 20mins!

This is a lovely traditional great value 4 star hotel within an easy walk of the ponte vechio Added bones of a pool with plenty of sunloungers and a great buffet breakfast. The highlight though were the staff who without exception were happy to help in any way possible. Very child friendly too.

What a great experience. My son and I traveled to Tuscany back in May 2025 and Park Palace was our first stop. What a great start to our vacation. The staff was excellent, with Sabina being there for us every day and the lovely Elena ensured that we were completely comfortable. Hello from Mary and Nicola Toronto Canada 🇨🇦

Very personal service and friendly staffs! Our annex room had a small balcony attached to it, spacious room with clean bathroom and air conditioning. Used the pool as we traveled in a really hot weekend. Breakfast was a great plus!

Wonderful 19th century Renaissance style villa - excellently maintained, with antique and elegant furniture, spacious rooms, beautiful garden and a swimming pool. It is a bit remote, but it’s perfect for those who appreciate a quiet and beautiful location. With a pleasant walk along historic Promenade of Viale dei Colli or a quick taxi ride, you’re still close to the center of Florence. Overall, a perfect getaway. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We have chosen this hotel because of it’s location in the lovely, delightful Boboli garden outside of the busy touristic are but still walking distance to the main attractions. The nights were quiet and peaceful here. The bread was really gorgeous. In addition we enjoyed a tasty light lunch also in the garden. Our room was spacious but we really missed the mosquito-net. Nice and helpful staff made our day enjoyable. We are going there again this June again.

We loved this place. Rooms were amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It was just out of the city to feel like the Tuscany countryside but close enough to walk.
