Great location and with elevator which is good but the floor is slippery in the room

Awful room for 1 person with a windows in court. The hotel saves on air conditioning, has an old built-in and does not cool. The room is very small, dark, the window overlooks the courtyard and it is very difficult to ventilate

Perfect choice for Florence

Located right next to the Florence Cathedral (Santa Maria del Fiore), less than a 2-minute walk away, this hotel is incredibly convenient. Everything is downstairs, and it's also very close to other attractions. The Uffizi Gallery is about 8 minutes away, and David's Cathedral is about 5 minutes away. The hotel offers self-service check-in and has an elevator. The staff are very friendly and readily available to help with any issues. Bottled drinking water provided in the hotel is the same price as outside. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back next time.

The hotel is located from the central train Firenze Santa Maria Novella. It takes about 15 minutes to drag luggage. There are many shops along the way and it is a lively area. The hotel is located just opposite the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The location is convenient.

The hotel is small in size. It is located in a building. It only occupies one floor and has dozens of rooms.

The room we stayed in this time was very tidy, and the window looked out onto the back alley. The staff were very polite, and overall I was very satisfied.

It's right next to the church, and there's a shopping street downstairs, which is very convenient. Small but beautiful hotel. It feels like a family hotel. The service staff is very friendly and it is a very comfortable experience.

We stayed in a triple room for one night after overflowed by another hotel nearby. Initial impression on the hotel was not very good but it has elevator to bring you all the way up to its lobby. The room was a bit small for 2 adults and one 13 year old and one small girl, but it was OK considering it was a triple room. AC worked but needed fan to cool off. Bathroom was big and clean. Wifi worked fairly well in the room. Breakfast was basic but not bad. Main thing I want to mention was the hotel was well located to all the landmarks and it allowed my family to stay here for a few hours after checkout before the train back to Rome.
