Incredible hotel. Everything was perfect. Right in the city center. Very affordable.

Great location in the heart of Florence—just steps from the Duomo and main attractions. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is helpful and polite. Breakfast is simple but good. Perfect hotel if you want convenience and an easy walk to all sights.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got us checked in early. The room was nice and the bed was wonderful. Easy walking distance to pretty much anywhere you want. The breakfast was above average. Would stay there again.

I love the location, it is easy to get to anyway. The room is clean and the lady at the reception is very helpful.

Booked 2 nights here just for the location. Hard to beat! Room was good enough but no counter space in recently renovated bathroom. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Very friendly staff.

The whole leaving your key thing is weird and doesn’t make sense because they give you another key to get in the building after hours. Why not just let us keep both??

So if you want to go to a place that resembles a 5 star backpackers hotel, choose this, however, be prepared to have amenities delivered. As an example, want more than 1x shampoo Mini bottle, ask for it, want to use the stove, you need special stainless steel plates to use the frying pan and, yes you will have to ask for it, see picture, and they will get someone to deliver. Some uber dude I think. We needed a pot so they sent an IKEA pot kit that we had to assemble, see photo, we had some super cheap lumpy pillows and need some more, so want did they do, delivered some more lumpy pillows. Look I understand that not everyone has business sense. This place 3/10 IQ=1.489

Fantastic location right in the city center, everything is within walking distance. All the sights, museums and lots of cafes and restaurants right in the vicinity. The room was okay. We had to pay an extra of €30 for two nights for our baby's cot, which I think is outrageous. Not happy about that.

We stayed here a week ago with my mom , dad and family friend. The staff was so accommodating and very nice . Right in the middle of Florence great spot to see the sights and get great food. The staff pointed me in the right direction when I wanted to shop or get a quick bite to eat. We are all planning to back to Florence next year for vacation and I will definitely book her again. Thank you all so much for a memorable vacation we will never forget !! The Oneills
