Easily the highlight of this hotel is it's location. It is in the heart of Florence just steps away from the Cathaderale Santa Maria Del Fiore. It is also within walking distance to anywhere you would want to go. Our room was nice, comfortable, clean and turned over daily. The breakfeast provided by the hotel was good. Check in/check out was very easy and the hotel staff were fantastic. For example, they made diner reservation for us at our request. I would certainly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was incredibly hospitable, even before we arrived, ensuring we would be comfortable in our room. The location is FANTASTIC, right next to Piazza del Duomo and walkable to all that Florence has to offer. The breakfast spread is plentiful, and the staff was extremely personable, remembering our coffee order every morning. When we left to go to the airport, I discovered I left my laptop in our hotel room. Upon alerting the staff, someone stood outside and waited for my arrival, running the laptop out to the taxi. It is this type of service that truly goes above and beyond. We surely hope to be back to Hotel Perseo!

The highlights of the hotel are the location and staff.
Centrally located within minutes from the train station and the heart of Florence tourism.
Staff is amazing and provides a unique personal touch.
Breakfast is decent. Not the greatest, yet definitely sufficient. The lowlight are the rooms. Nothing wrong, yet not luxury, not the most updated, however, spacious, clean, and comfort.

Hotel Perseo was our first stop on our Italian vacation. The location was perfect in the center of Florence. All of the staff were friendly and accessible. Asia in particular was extremely helpful and spent time with our group of 11 to identify and make suggestions about must see sites and restaurants. She made some local phone calls for us and even helped to identify the perfect location for a marriage proposal. The breakfast was delicious and the staff did a great job of keeping all selections refilled and the area clean. Our group was able to hang out, order drinks and talk about the day. Check in and check out were extremely easy. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout time in the sitting area while we continued to explore Florence for a few more hours. We would definitely rebook in the future.

We feel grateful for staying at this hotel. We (family with two daughters) stayed there for 5 nights. It is located at the heart of the historical center, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed was excellent and comfortable. And all of this, in a very good price. I recommend it.

The hotel is in a great location just a block from the Duomo. All of the hotel staff were so friendly and provided amazing hospitality throughout our stay. Has a great continental breakfast and AC for those hot summer days!

Very nice place, very well located. It is located in the middle of the historic neighbour. You can easily enjoy walking in 1 min to the Duomo for example. Very kind service working with WhatsApp.
The only drawback is the fact that the breakfast does not start before 8am... I found it very late when you want to start your Day early (tour, train...)

Nice boutique style hotel. A bit of a challenge to get to because of the small elevator. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and decent size but the bathroom was tiny and the shower was tinier. Breakfast was nice. Still a nice place to stay.
