Excellent hotel and ideal location for visit in Florence

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and by contacting our Ctrip concierge, we were fortunate enough to receive a free upgrade to a better room. The view from the window was fantastic, directly overlooking the Florence Cathedral. The hotel's location is also exceptionally convenient; Piazza del Duomo is downstairs, and Piazza della Signoria is just a few minutes' walk away, making it close to all the major attractions. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay and I highly recommend it!

Good location, room quality depends, if facing street, very noisy, even for the whole night, because of garbage trucks, some room has sewage smell, but if not facing street, and change a smelly room, perfect.

This is my first visit to this hotel, and only upon arrival did I realize there are two Calimala fairly close to each other.

A fantastic hotel! The rooms are compact but thoughtfully designed. It's incredibly conveniently located for exploring the attractions, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
