Hotel location was great as is close (walking distance) to almost everything.
We slept in the hotel for one night. Our room was clean, however we requested an extra bed prior to arrival, it was approved but when we arrived it was discovered that not arranged. Parking was a challenge, in the city center was provided by the hotel in a garage for an additional fee € 35,00 which was a bit high for us, but you can park around on any the blue zone for about € 1,00 /hr or free on the White zone if you find space. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff very nice and smiling. They talk to you, you feel welcome. So we highlight the hotel staff the most - from the from desk to the dining room - a great willingness to help in any circumstances but you need to ask due to they will not proactively give you guidelines, we got a ticket on our car for temporary parking it at from of the Hotel to load/unload our luggage, and the front desk staff said that we should have asked them to provide us a temporary sing (but how should we know about this if it was our first time visiting the city and Hotel, so remember to ask.

First of all - excelent location.
We slept in the hotel for one night. Our room was clean, tidy, well furnished, with good Wi-Fi. Parking in the center is provided by the hotel in a garage for an additional fee, which was great because we had a car with luggage for the next trip. The breakfast is really very rich and the staff is nice and smiling. They talk to you, you feel welcome.
So we highlight the hotel staff the most - from the reception, through the dining room - a great willingness to help in any circumstances and be there for the guest. We will definitely come back again when visiting Firenze.

Honestly can’t understand the negative vibe in the reviews here. The hotel is awesome to discover the city and has everything you need. The rooms are large enough with well equipped and clean bathrooms. The A/C works well but might be a bit loud on the lowest fan setting for sleeping. The breakfast is great and plentiful. The building itself is really nice and fits into the overall florence vibe really well. Connection to the airport is a 30min Tram ride away

Our only hotel in Florence. The location, breakfast and staff are great. Breakfast is great for the Turks in the Italian conditions. I especially thank Giovanni, my friend Giovanni in the breakfast department.

A very nice hotel in the heart of Florence. The rooms need to be refurbished, but they are clean and comfortable. The personnel is very kind and helpful and the breakfast is rich and tasty. I recommend it.

We had a three night stay in this very well located hotel. 20 minutes to train station and 10 to cathedral square, museums are minutes away as well. The hotel itself is in quite a noisy area so be prepared to be woken early. The rooms are clean as is the bedding and towels. The bathroom is a bit dated and could do with a few improvements. Also be prepared to use your own data as the WiFi didn’t work at all. The staff are very helpful especially at breakfast.

Although we knew it was a 3 star hotel ,we got disappointed when shown to our room.Avoid 1st floor rooms.We sked if we could change. The matress and pillows are not good, too hard for my taste. The wifi is too weak and the area where breakfast is served too cold. On the other hand the staff is polite and friendly and the room is quite clean.

3 of us stayed for 1 night after a trip to Bologna. Hotel is very central & was easy to find. Our double room was spacious. Very old Italian style but spotless clean. Nothing prepared me for the bathroom though. The Toliet pot was actually in the shower! And the shower had shower curtains which I have not seen in around 30 yrs in a hotel. Very small and cramped and not what the pictures of the bathrooms looked like when booking.

Easy to find , perfect location turn the corner from the entrance and the cathedral is in view. Lots of great little bars and eateries nearby. Checkin was easy , communications were good and timely. Easy to find approx 20 min walk from the main train station. Breakfast was really good for the location and cost of the hotel. Room was very authentic high ceilings and a lovely bathroom. Air con didn’t really seem to cool the room down but not a problem for us as in October. Room was cleaned daily to a good standard + tea and coffee facilities A few little supermarkets nearby which was a bonus . Man on the coffee machine in the morning for breakfast was so nice and made the best coffees !

We spent 3 nights at the hotel. The breakfast is great. The noise at night, not so much, there were revelers in the square until 4 am 1 night, after midnight the other. The Internet was basically unusable for 2 days, we were told the carrier was having issues. The third night however, it was almost as bad. Since the trip included some work on line, it was a problem. For the price of the room, we would have expected decent internet, at least when the carrier had fixed its issues.
