Auto Park Hotel in Florence

I don’t want to say like this because staffs were nice, but let me say —— this hotel is horrible. Because of the poor key on the door and thin wall, I, as a solo female traveler , had to be super cautious and alert for everything. The key seemed broken so that I had to make a barricade by myself. Moreover, I got really scared for the whole night because some male guests were chatting loudly and sometimes randomly knocking other rooms’ doors just for fun in the hallway. Also, the wall was so thin that I could even hear someone sneezing. As a result, I could not sleep for two nights. This hotel is terrible and the worst choice.

Ps. Wi-fi did not work.

I've literally worked in warehouses quieter than this place. People are literally moving furniture from 8 PM to 5 AM. At best you'll get 3 hours of sleep.

The hotel does a great job with service and the rooms match the price. But allowing your hotel to run this way defeats the point of staying in a hotel, which is to sleep.

Bad stayed in 2 triple rooms with family and friends shower the bathroom was small and non-functioning(broken exhaust pipe) is not to talk about the poor breakfast service and the same is not due to the staff but to the structure that does not provide more waiters seen the ability of the hotel ps: the waiters there were 3 and they had to serve to prepare for a structure with a capacity of many many customers!!!!!

Here we are going only to eat, since this hotel and it is twinned with a B&B hotel.the dinners I made them (3) how to define them... bad, disgusting, and horrible with very little choice of dishes and ingredients of very low quality
