I don’t like the detached restroom. It’s not convenient to use restroom in the middle of night. The keys for restroom and the room were actually the same ones which could open both doors.

The hotel has a great location and very easy to access and within walking distance to tourist attractions.
The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay very pleasant.
The room itself was clean, but quite small, and the facilities inside were old. Overall, it’s good . Grazie!

It is close to the naples central and convenient. however, the area did not look very safe as there's a lot of people crowded /hanged out downstairs outside the building. Maybe that's because we arrived late, after 7. But the interior of the hotel/room is good and clean.

Functional accommodation in city centre
Not so much a hotel - it's rented rooms on the top floor of an older style traditional property. Basic, but clean and functional, although the bathroom was small and rather tired. Useful communal fridge and microwave. Short easy walk to both railway station and historic city centre. Proprietor was pleasant and flexible about check in time to suit our train's arrival.

I wouldn't stay again!
We were very well received, the staff was super attentive and helpful, which made us very comfortable during our stay. However, unfortunately, we had some problems with the room. The shower was a big inconvenience, as one day there was no water and the next, when there was, it was cold. In addition, the bed caused me an unexpected allergic reaction. I don't know if it was the cleaning product or some type of material in the bed, but I spent the night coughing and couldn't sleep well. I was sad to report this, as the hospitality was great, but these issues greatly affected our experience. I hope they can review these points to improve the quality of the stay for future guests.

Clean, spacious, but very minimalistic
Clean, minimal stay in Florence Italy. Close to Florence Central Market, Cathedral, and other tourist spots. Run by a friendly and helpful couple. One downside is that there is no reception desk, so checkin can be challenging, especially if you arrive after business hours and don’t have internet access on your phone.

Najat was a very friendly and kind host and gave information of on what to do in the city. The room is very clean. The hotel is located very centrally and easy to reach the historic sites, train station and airport. I highly recommend this accommodation and thank najat again for all her help.

I was planning on staying at Soggiorno Venere, but unfortunately had to cancel it. I can't say anything about the hotel itself, but the host was extremely helpful and friendly. The next time I come to Florence I will stay there! Grazie mille!
