There were multiple issues that made our stay incredibly unpleasant.
1. We booked 2 nights but our room didn’t get cleaned after the first night. They only cleaned the bathroom a little bit but didn’t change towels or clean other parts at all.
2. Despite booking a room with two single beds in advance, we were informed at the last minute that this was not available and were given a room with one double bed instead when we arrived.
3. The design of the bathroom was horrible. The shower area was poorly constructed, causing water to flood everywhere after each use. This not only created a safety hazard but also made the entire bathroom unusable until it dried out.
4. Adding to our frustration, the hotel staff refused to provide a safe place for us to store our luggage after check-out. This lack of basic service left us feeling inconvenienced
5. The host has very bad attitude. We tried to solve the problem but the host can't talk nice and didn't provide us with any help
