Good location within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Suitable for backpackers who don’t need luxury accommodations, and conveniently close to cafés for breakfast.

If you book a single room, it doesn’t come with a private bathroom—you have to use the shared bathroom outside. Overall, everything looks clean and safe.

Was greated at the door upon arrival by the friendly staff member who was accommodating to my needs which was very appreciated, beautiful room, spacious and clean, comfortable bed, amenities within walking distance, would have happily extended my stay if I didn't have a flight to catch, would definitely recommend, would happily stay again if am to visit in the future. Thanks to the staff 😊x

Having a $30 euro cost to check in after 6:30 is crazy but the place is good and close to the stations and walking distance to city.

We had a pleasant stay. It has cute elevator, traditional Italian style. The room clean everyday. Location is a little far but you can take train for 4 minutes walk. Florence's public transportation is very good. Do not recommend to get musem pass. Is waste time. You have to go to most musem to make reservation for visit even with that pass. The Last Super was booked for 2 to 3 months ahead. Unless you want to pay 400 euro and booked with tour guide. However, big city a lot walking.

Very nice place for a city visit. Close to train station, close to main tourist attractions. Good for a single traveler or couple.

The room is clean, with air conditioning and a refrigerator. The public dining area is very comfortable and there is a small balcony. It is a 2-minute walk from the nearest light rail and two stops away from the train station. This is more like a very comfortable small B&B. Check-in time needs to be booked in advance.
