Il Convento Hotel in Montepulciano

Great B&B where you can spend the night in the Siena area. Good service and with the support of a good restaurant on the first floor with typical cuisine. Excellent cleaning and very livable spaces with adjoining kitchen. Definitely an environment where you can return.

Clean room, quiet and very kind staff, in addition to the usual kit in the bathroom, they also offer disposable slippers, a very rare gem .... I will come back willingly.

We decide almost at the last moment to organize a "getaway" on horseback between Val di Chiana and Val d'Orcia, 4 days and 3 nights, to relax a little and enjoy the Sienese panoramas riding the MTB ... browsing the Internet I find the website of the B&B Il Convento and we decide to book: never the best choice! Beautiful room with even a kitchenette, impeccable cleaning, courtesy and kindness of the managers, genuine and abundant breakfast, more than excellent price for the quality offered ... at the moment as I write this review we are still guests of the B&B, but I can not help but make a very positive review: RECOMMENDED !!!

Very impressive place.
It is a former convent of nuns located on the hill of the old town.
From the breakfast room you have a remarkable view over the valley.
They also have a restaurant with typical Tuscan cuisine.
Spacious and clean rooms.
For breakfast available start with a freshly prepared savory dish.
Local cold cuts and cheese. Delicious!
The "sweet" breakfast is also good and varied.
Average prices.
Lalocation does a lot!

Staff and owners courteous and helpful, comfortable and always clean rooms, ancient building renovated with great care, (we must be grateful to these entrepreneurs who in this way manage to preserve and re-evaluate properties that would otherwise be abandoned). Excellent cuisine with reasonable prices and professional staff. Restaurant terrace with panorama. Thank you we will keep a good memory.
