Really nice hotel!!! It is near bus stop and tram station. They offer breakfast too. The room was big and clean.

The male receptionist was really ****** to foreigner who only speaking english. If you are Asian or foreigner, be very careful when booking this hotel. It was a waste of money.

Everything we needed was in the hotel or close to it. The gentleman at the reception was especially nice and helped us with all our needs and questions with great patience and smile. Me and my family felt welcome. The garage ramp might really be problematic for some drivers but it's not that bad. And the garage itself is locked and monitored so if you're travelling with a lot of luggage in your car, this is a great advantage.

I wish I could give 0 star, but instead I gave 2 stars only because of really nice personnel, especially guy named Christian ( if I’m not mistaken), really nice and fresh bed sheets and towels and availability of hot water, soap and hair dryer. Other than that, my stay was a total disaster for such price. I booked because of proximity of the place where I had business trip. Rooms were dirty and dusty, light in bathroom didn’t work, there’s mold in bathroom, problem with toilet. I asked to change rooms which they did, it was a bit better but still not so clean but at this point I was too tired. The ambiance of this place is a bit dark, for 90 eur per night not worth at all. Note that 2 stars is very generous and only because of nice personnel at reception, they are doing really great job there.

This B&B Hotel felt like home. The rooms were very clean with all the accommodations needed. It was central with easy transit access to all the popular tourist attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety to choose from and as someone who is celiac, there were many gluten free options made available.

The staff were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Hassan made our stay extra special! He was kind and always had a smile on his face. We have lots of love for him and will definitely be back to stay here!

We stayed at this place as group of 4 and honestly it was a great location with accessible transit service. The rooms were fairly big and pretty clean, and were serviced well.

We had great staff, who accommodated specific food allergies and offered a great breakfast buffet with great options and fresh food.

I would like add a big THANK YOU🙏🙏 for “Hassan “, he was so pleasant to deal with and helped us in every way possible. We appreciate him a ton and now we have place to stay everytime we visit Florence.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. But what really made my stay special was the exceptional service. A big thank you to Alissa, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

Very minute rooms for single traveler. Hard to open luggage and even smaller than japan rooms… nice breakfast though and decors.

The best place to stay in Florence for both a business trip and a pleasure trip. I’ve been staying at this hotel for many years because I value everything that it has to offer: great service, clean rooms with a comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, free parking space, proximity to the airport and easy access to the city center by direct tram. It’s also very easy to drive from the hotel to other cities like Prato or Pisa. The best price quality ratio that I find in Florence! Will definitely come back in the future.
