Had such an enjoyable stay here. Yes the check-in hours are limited, but they offered me to check in online since there was a chance I'd miss the check-in window.

Had an amazing view of the canal, and for the price compared to other accommodations, you honestly can't beat this place.

Highly recommend, especially if you're visiting Venice on a budget

Excellent in every possible way. A quaint boutique hotel which offered the perfect location among the beautiful canals. 8 minute walk to San Marco meant that you had the opportunity to take in the multitude of cafe’s and little shops along the route and also far enough away from the busy bars to have a restful night’s sleep. Our welcome and continued generosity from host Stefano was warm and gracious throughout and he provided all the information we needed for our stay - including directions and a suggestion to try the carnival-time sweet treat fritelli which entirely lived up to the hype. Our standard room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a fridge, espresso machine (capsules) and kettle. The bathroom was modern and the shower water very hot. I have absolutely loved Venice and if I was to return I would book the Locanda again. Thank you Stefano and thank you Venice.

I don't think there's a better location than this hotel's. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Stefano, in particular, was very attentive and gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to visit. If I return to Venice, I would definitely stay at this same hotel again. Just make sure to communicate if you're arriving late, due to the check-in policy.

Anyone giving these guys 1 star is a jerk, seriously.. I'm here in Venice for work and Im staying in an en suite and I am tremendously impressed with the property. My room was immaculately clean, down to the mattress. I have around 500k Bonvoy points but Marriott is charging over $1,000 euro a night, and for what?? They're even trying to feed me breakfast complimentary but my conference starts early. They're so nice!

Highly recommended. Great location, a 10-minute walk from the main tourist areas, and on a fairly quiet street. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Definitely a very good option for staying in Venice. As a bonus, they offered us a free basic breakfast, which we hadn't expected.

Couldn’t drop bags there is no one at the property before 3pm, very frustrating, service was very average as you couldn’t contact them at all. Killed the day of arrival.

Bit frustrating, our stay here. The check-in process is bad - very limited opening hours, no box for the keys to be left out, totally inconvenient. The doors of the accommodation are also not up to the job. Multiple codes, keys, and warnings. If people keep locking it maybe a new system is needed? The rooms are okay, but the noise from the street is significant, and it was quite expensive for what is was.
