It has been an incredible experience!

Unfortunately, the day before arriving at this villa, I went through a rather unfortunate experience that left me deeply stressed. Therefore, my expectations upon arrival were high: I desperately needed to rest and disconnect.
…. I am very HAPPY to say with complete certainty that it exceeded all my expectations!

The villa is beautiful, and it’s evident that the staff take great care of it with respect and affection. The overall service from the staff was excellent, even in my case, where due to dietary restrictions, my meals had to be prepared in a special way.

The entire natural atmosphere is stunning, the public onsen is amazing, and having the opportunity to relax with your partner in the three private onsens, free of charge, is something that should be valued and protected at all costs.

The breakfast was delicious, and although the villa is a bit far from the station to walk, they offer free transportation every half hour. (The bus driver was also beyond kind!)

I have only good things to say and left there feeling renewed and very, very happy.
I hope I can come back soon! :-)

Thank you very much!

Onsen is excellet.  Food is great.  Room is clean and specious.  Everythins is perfect.  If anything needs to be imporoved I would say pillow.  It’s either too think or too thin.

The hotel is quite close to the station and even offers a shuttle bus. The interior has a charming, antique feel, reminiscent of the Edo period.

It's a very nice ryokan that is like a small village. The staff is continuously preparing little surprises outside the main house, and the service was impeccable and polite, even for us travelers with very limited Japanese knowledge. The food was great and plentiful. The onsens are divided into a gender-separated public section, three private onsens and if you booked, one small one at your room. There is even a sauna. Very relaxing and with beautiful surroundings. The hike down to the coast is totally worth it as well. I'd definitely come again. ありがとうございました!

we stayed for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner. The food was fresh and yummy. The ryokan was surrounded by trees. The weather was good enough to see twinkle stars at night. If you were lucky, you could find squirrels at the treetops in the public onsen.

The hotel environment is superb, with lush greenery making it feel like a small, tranquil park. There's a great selection of hot springs, including private ones. If you plan your time well, you can try all of them even with just an overnight stay. After your hot spring bath, there's complimentary iced milk, and free ramen in the evening. There are also some Japanese folk games to experience, so you won't get bored spending an entire day at the hotel; the activities are very rich.

The rooms are Japanese-style, large and very comfortable. The only issue is that because it's in the mountains and the natural environment is so good, there were a few small insects.

But the most amazing part was definitely the hotel restaurant. Dinner was incredibly rich, with every dish being both exquisite and delicious. Breakfast also had a wide variety of choices, with both Japanese and Western options. The meals were included in the accommodation fee, making it excellent value for money. If I come to Ito again, I will definitely stay here!

Dinner hotpot had mosquitoes in it, so I really can't praise the food hygiene. Breakfast was also a bit worse than other hot spring hotels I've stayed at. The room was large, but the facilities were too old.

The hotel offers a shuttle service from Izu Kogen Station. If you miss it, you're looking at a 20-minute uphill walk. The hotel is situated in a very natural environment. They even have free ramen available until 10 PM!

Although the building is a bit old, it's relatively clean, and the service and food are great. The only thing is that the 'Sound of the Mountain' area is a bit far from the main building, and the WiFi signal isn't very strong there. There's a shuttle bus, and the staff are enthusiastic about confirming details with you in advance. It's a good choice for a relaxing getaway.
