Enokiya Ryokan in Yufu

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and their English was fluent. The room was spacious and modern, and the entire hotel was very clean. The location was convenient, close to the shopping street, and within walking distance to the lake. Both dinner and breakfast were plentiful, and the private onsen was very comfortable. It was a delightful experience.

A beautiful boutique hotel with truly personalised service. Location is perfect - just a hop from the main shopping street and a short walk to the lake. The dinner is beautifully presented with seemingly like a new-ending flow of different carefully curated dishes. You get 3 shared private onsen. What make it most memorable for me is the out of the way service. A special shout out to Amy. I had a medical condition and she took the trouble to bring me to the hospital and eased the communication with the staff. She took effort to ensure I was well taken care of and comfortable during my stay. Also would like to call out Apple for her excellent service during dinner as well as the manager, Malika and a lady from the coffee house who were all very caring and helpful. They made this trip a truly memorable one for me.

A perfect onsen ryokan! The location is fantastic, and the experience was incredibly comfortable. The hot springs are top-notch. I loved jogging around Lake Kinrinko in the morning and soaking in the onsen while it was snowing – it was amazing! The facilities are new and high-tech.

Good location - Not too far from the Yufuin station and Kinrinko Lake. The staffs were kind, Breakfast was okay and the room (we were 3) was big and very clean. The view from the room was great. Wifi was very fast. and even though there was no shower in each room, i could use family Onsen so it doesn't bother me at all. Great place to stay at this price.

Simply love the whole vibes of the ryokan, tucked in a quiet corner yet a stone’s throw away frm the busy shops! Love the private onsen experience and the concierge was just so friendly and helpful.

This is an accident place to spend the quiet couple of days. I enjoyed myself. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed. However the breakfast was good.

The hotel's location is super convenient for shopping, making it a quiet oasis in a bustling area. Although breakfast is simple, it's absolutely delicious. It's definitely a hotel I'd recommend! 👍👍👍

Highly recommended! This is a high-quality, modern *onsen* ryokan in Yufuin. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. With only 12 rooms in total, guests have access to 3 private *onsen* baths. An in-room iPad conveniently shows which baths are available, allowing you to enjoy one all to yourself. The ryokan is conveniently located, just a short walk from the main street and supermarkets.
