Very clean and very good service, the lady is very nice and there's a warm machine inside it, cark park also provided, it is a good experience, hope I can go there again.

It was a small hotel, so I was able to relax and enjoy my time there. The portions were just right, and both the boiled red snapper and the sashimi platter were delicious. The view was great from the room and the rooftop, and coffee and tea were served on the rooftop. The hot springs and massage chairs were also great. The staff were also very friendly. The only thing that bothered me was that the road to the hotel was a steep, narrow slope. I drive a small car and am confident in my driving, so it didn't bother me at all. I plan to visit again.

The staff were very nice and the japanese food was great, based on fish and sea products. They offer a kid’s breakfast and dinner option, which is a plus. The facilities were nice (ping pong table, massage chairs, movies room, toddler corner). Onsen and shared bathrooms very clean and relaxing. Beautiful view to the ocean from our room.

Clean hotel, friendly staff.
Nice hot spring and free parking available.

I stayed at the Japanese-style room, woke up with sunshine in the morning. You also can see the city and ocean through the window.

Overall, it was an excellent experience!

The food was delicious.
Both children and adults had fun with a little kids space and adults can play table tennis

This is my second visit!
This time I stayed in a Japanese-style room with a bath, but I was impressed by the massage chair in the room.
The room was large and I thought I could get a good room with a view overlooking the city of Atami.
The lobby and corridors are like an inn, and the hot spring baths are large and very satisfying.
The staff seemed to be busy, but they responded amiably.
The location is on the top of a mountain, with narrow roads along the way. Please note that oncoming vehicles will come as it is.

Last time I was alone on a snowy day in March, but this time I came to Atami with my friends for golf and hot springs. The manager of Sundance Atami took us to the reception, put out the room for meals, settled and packed souvenirs, and finally sent off to the front door. I've been using Sundance Resort for over 10 years and have had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. Please play golf next time ...!?

Nothing particularly special, but nice view and was very quiet on a weekday. Pleasant though smallish onsen.
