Smile Naha City Resort, Naha1 / 30
7.9
Naha, 2-32-1 Kume, Naha-shi 🧭 Map
My stay in smile hotel was wonderful. My family wish we can stay for more days. I really enjoyed my stay. It's fell like home, because the staffs are kind and always smiling..
The hotel was very clean and hygienic, which was great. There are also many good dining options nearby.
The hotel is just one stop away from Naha Airport (TK2) and a 7-8 minute walk. Be warned, there's a big hill, so it can be a bit challenging with luggage, but fine if it's not raining. The closest Yui Rail station is Kenchō-mae, about an 11-minute walk. The 3rd floor is the smoking floor, with all other floors being non-smoking. If you book late, you might only get a smoking room. I stayed in rooms...
The nearest bus stop is one stop away from Naha Airport, a 7-8 minute walk from there. Kokusai-dori Station on the Yui Rail Line is a little over a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but within walking distance of Naminoue Shrine and Kokusai Dori. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is better than most hotels in Japan. Definitely book a twin room on the 11th floor...
Aside from the small room where I could barely open my suitcase, everything else was great. It's about a 10-minute walk to the monorail station.
The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop just a few hundred meters away, and Kokusai Street is only about a 10-minute walk. To the left of the hotel, you'll find the Confucius Temple and Fuzhou Garden. To the right, Naminoue Shrine is a 5-minute walk. The room space is also sufficient.

Especially for family with kids and older people. Because is near the station within 8 mins walk.
Location and Cleanliness are good. The room is quite as most hotel in Japan. Staff are good and caring.
Great location near to station within walking distance from Sendai station but some floor still under renovation which did not effect our stay at all

Tokyo, 1 Chome-15-3, Koto, 135-0034 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
Great. Pretty good. Breakfast was also decent. It's also quite convenient, about a 7-minute walk to the metro station.
There's often a long wait for the washing machines, and the management isn't very effective. Sometimes, clothes are left in the machines long after they're done, and when I asked the staff for help, they seemed quite reluctant.
It was a really nice experience to stay in this hotel! I’m so grateful to find it before new year! I really had an amazing time here!! Really I highly recommend! I will back here all the time when I back to Tokyo!
Very good faciites🫶 delicious breakfast 🫶 little far subway station
Location wise can be abit far from station (12 minute walk), nearest is the Tozai Line. May be a hassle to get to intended attractions because a lot of train switching needed. Room is clean and bed to nice to sleep on, staff is friendly and helpful speaking fluent English. They offer a free simple breakfast as well if that's useful.
Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean. Toyoko Inn has been a well-established brand for many years, always located conveniently in the city center, not far from various attractions. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and they even offer free breakfast in the morning. Absolutely great value for money!

Fukuoka, Hakataekihigashi, 1-12-3, Hakata Ward 🧭 Map
The hotel is old and in poor condition. The isolation of windows against noise is catastrophic. I got a single room on the station square and it was a nightmare. I requested another room. First I was told that the hotel was full, but I finally got an upgrade to a semi-double room on the back. The cost of hotels in central Hakata is very high compared even to Tokyo because there is a lack of rooms in...
The hotel’s location was great, with easy access to Hakata station via an exit just outside the side entrance of the hotel. However the side entrance closes early. This causes inconvenience during one of the rainy days when we were back late cos we have to walked to the main entrance where there’s no sheltered pathway.  The hotel only provides 2 free bottles of water when we checked in. There’s no...
Quiet at night, with convenient transportation nearby.
This hotel is right across the Hakata Station so the location is excellent especially if you're going to have a lot of day trips from fukuoka. The hotel serves delicious breakfast.
This is our 2nd stay here and we will consider staying here again. It’s right across the Hakata train station and and AMU Plaza where we saw the bullet train display. Service is excellent. 3 days before our check in, we left some of our luggages here for our beppu trip. They are very considerate.
Not aware the Check out time is 10am… if you late about half an hour the checkout machine will charge 1000yen Location is very good , walking distance to hakata station and airport bus. Hotel provided free coffee and they are chair and table at the reception to enjoy coffee and snack from vending machines.

Everything is excellent except too small and communiction between reception and travelkdr agent tjat booked the hotel.
Good morning buffer food have a lot of food and oishi ☺️ and very good location I you love shopping
Overall is great. The room is a little old though. Location is not too bad but the parking at the hotel is very limited and the other parking is like a block away.
The room was pretty spacious, with enough room for my luggage. Check-in was a bit strict, but they did offer a free welcome drink. The central AC didn’t let me change the temperature, and it got a bit hot at night, so I ended up opening the window to cool off. Have a good time. It is located right in the center of Kokusai Dori. Near to everything. Small but clean room. Water pressure's strong too. Staffs were very kind. Very convenient parking system.
Best location in town, in the heart of Kokusai dori. Very convenient for tourist, parking lot is available with charge. And breakfast is a must!!! Full of variety, international buffet and also okinawan style dishes.
my room is bigger than expected. the washing room is big enough and I like the mirror
There is no body towel. Need prepare own. Only one drinking water provided, no refill water in hotel
All good, location is the best with everything available just by its doorstep!
Room was relatively small, but it was a comfortable stay overall. Superb location located right along the shopping stretch. Hotel is also connected to a 7/11 which was very convenient.

The location is very central, the facilities are complete, and it's clean.
I've stayed here multiple times because the location is super convenient. You take the subway to Shinsaibashi Station, exit at #8, and it's a one-minute walk. The hotel has a 'main building' and an 'annex,' separated by just a few meters across the road. You can check in at either building, it's all the same. This time, I noticed the water temperature for the shower wasn't very stable. It's true they...
Excellent! Super close to the city center, and it's basically right across from the subway exit, which makes the location incredibly convenient. The room is small, but very clean. Highly recommend!
It's a decent hotel, I stay here every time I visit. The location is super convenient, right in the Shinsaibashi shopping district. Daimaru department store is just across the street, and Shinsaibashi subway station is also just a short walk across the road.
The hotel is clean, strategically located and the staff are helpful. My only complaint is the hotel's wifi, very unstable.
Excellent, very convenient location. The hotel's front desk service was decent, and the overall environment was cozy and quiet with clean rooms. Besides being extremely small, everything else was quite good. It's a good place to stay if you're traveling!

Japanese Business Hotel Small but perfectly formed, clean and tidy. Very close to the airport.
The hotel is very close to the airport. It's about a 15-minute ride on the Keikyu Line from Shinagawa, and then a 3-minute walk from the station. A crucial tip: for the morning shuttle, you absolutely need to be at the stop on the right side of the exit at least 10 minutes early. If you show up right on time or just a minute or two beforehand, you'll definitely miss it!
Great hospitality and impeccable service. Check-in was lightning fast and seamless.

We booked a 3-bed room for one night. The location was excellent—right next to the subway station—and the outlet was also nearby. The reception staff were very helpful. We booked one night in this hotel. The room size is as stated , very spacious with a beautiful view of the city, the room can even sleep for 3 persons. Reception at 4 pm was slow and it was necessary for several guests to wait for the two reception people even though they had three other people greeting guests. The hotel is clean and tidy, and its location inside Shin-Osaka Station makes it incredibly convenient for taking the Shinkansen, other train lines, and the subway!
Location is excellent. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Osaka.
it locates inside the railway Station and so it is super convenient for people travelling with public transport. clean room and good facilities.
The hotel was conveniently located near the Shinkansen station, so it was easy to transfer from one city to another. The area outside the city is more of a business/residential district so there is not quite a lot to do at night. The room was clean, although a bit small, our 23kg luggage could barely fit when we opened them. But otherwise, it was nice and clean.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right inside the station. It's directly above JR Shin-Osaka Station, yet the soundproofing is excellent; you barely hear any noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. Highly recommended.
Excellent for couples, decently small sized hotel room. Perfect location, just right outside of the Shinkansen gantries. One down side is they don't have coin operated washing and drying machine, you'll have to use their laundry service over the counter.

The hotel is good; I like the Apa chain. There are several other larger hotels of the same chain nearby. The rooms are small, and ours wasn't very comfortable. There was a shelf by the headboard that kept bumping your head, and the window closed in such a way that you'd bump into the corners at night. They could have just installed curtains. Overall, it's clean and everything's fine.
It was a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning.
I have stayed at APA Hotels many times, but this hotel had a hot spring on the upper floor, so I was able to relax in the hot spring. If I were to be greedy, I would have liked the bathtub to be a little larger, but in the city center, this layout is probably the best they can do. I could sense the ingenious design intent. I would definitely consider this hotel as a hotel to stay at next time.

Since my check-in time was late and the date was about to change, I called before heading out, but they said "Any time is fine" and I was very relieved because I was getting anxious about not being able to catch a taxi. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean and nice. I had plans in the morning and didn't have time to go to the bakery attached to the hotel, so I hope to use their services again...
The room is quite bigger than I thought. Cleanliness and service are also excellent. Would recommend for solo traveller who finding for budget staying near Okayama station.
Used for business purposes. The first parking lot fills up quickly, but there is a third parking lot so a large number of cars can be parked. The rooms are also clean and good.
