My stay in smile hotel was wonderful. My family wish we can stay for more days. I really enjoyed my stay. It's fell like home, because the staffs are kind and always smiling..

The hotel is just one stop away from Naha Airport (TK2) and a 7-8 minute walk. Be warned, there's a big hill, so it can be a bit challenging with luggage, but fine if it's not raining. The closest Yui Rail station is Kenchō-mae, about an 11-minute walk. The 3rd floor is the smoking floor, with all other floors being non-smoking. If you book late, you might only get a smoking room. The nearest bus stop is one stop away from Naha Airport, a 7-8 minute walk from there. Kokusai-dori Station on the Yui Rail Line is a little over a 10-minute walk. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area but within walking distance of Naminoue Shrine and Kokusai Dori. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is better than most hotels in Japan. Aside from the small room where I could barely open my suitcase, everything else was great. It's about a 10-minute walk to the monorail station.

The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop just a few hundred meters away, and Kokusai Street is only about a 10-minute walk. To the left of the hotel, you'll find the Confucius Temple and Fuzhou Garden. To the right, Naminoue Shrine is a 5-minute walk. The room space is also sufficient.

There's often a long wait for the washing machines, and the management isn't very effective. Sometimes, clothes are left in the machines long after they're done, and when I asked the staff for help, they seemed quite reluctant.

Location wise can be abit far from station (12 minute walk), nearest is the Tozai Line. May be a hassle to get to intended attractions because a lot of train switching needed. Room is clean and bed to nice to sleep on, staff is friendly and helpful speaking fluent English. They offer a free simple breakfast as well if that's useful.

Although the room was a bit small, it was very clean. Toyoko Inn has been a well-established brand for many years, always located conveniently in the city center, not far from various attractions. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and they even offer free breakfast in the morning. Absolutely great value for money!

Quiet at night, with convenient transportation nearby.

This hotel is right across the Hakata Station so the location is excellent especially if you're going to have a lot of day trips from fukuoka. The hotel serves delicious breakfast.

This is our 2nd stay here and we will consider staying here again. It’s right across the Hakata train station and and AMU Plaza where we saw the bullet train display. Service is excellent. 3 days before our check in, we left some of our luggages here for our beppu trip. They are very considerate.

It's a decent hotel, I stay here every time I visit. The location is super convenient, right in the Shinsaibashi shopping district. Daimaru department store is just across the street, and Shinsaibashi subway station is also just a short walk across the road.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It's about a 15-minute ride on the Keikyu Line from Shinagawa, and then a 3-minute walk from the station. A crucial tip: for the morning shuttle, you absolutely need to be at the stop on the right side of the exit at least 10 minutes early. If you show up right on time or just a minute or two beforehand, you'll definitely miss it!

The hotel was conveniently located near the Shinkansen station, so it was easy to transfer from one city to another. The area outside the city is more of a business/residential district so there is not quite a lot to do at night. Even though the hotel is a bit old, it's kept very clean, and everything is well-maintained and fully equipped. The lobby has a smoking room, and each floor has an ice machine, microwave, and vending machines, which is really convenient. The best part is the excellent location. The single rooms facing the street can be noisy, but other room types are quiet. However, the soundproofing isn't great; you can hear sounds from next door and the hallway. My room is at the old building which I was not informed before I was assigned. I thought they should email me. I was so confused where to check in because lack of communication. The hotel is good; I like the Apa chain. There are several other larger hotels of the same chain nearby. The rooms are small, and ours wasn't very comfortable. There was a shelf by the headboard that kept bumping your head, and the window closed in such a way that you'd bump into the corners at night. They could have just installed curtains. Overall, it's clean and everything's fine.

I have stayed at APA Hotels many times, but this hotel had a hot spring on the upper floor, so I was able to relax in the hot spring. If I were to be greedy, I would have liked the bathtub to be a little larger, but in the city center, this layout is probably the best they can do. I could sense the ingenious design intent. I would definitely consider this hotel as a hotel to stay at next time.

When I went to Japan near Asakusa, I often stayed at APA. The rooms were small, but I got used to it. It was clean and the location was good! I think it would be good for those who are traveling once to visit.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the JR station to the hotel. Follow the signs for Aeon, go through the underground shopping mall, and exit at the Ximen Pharmacy exit. Turn left and walk for about 2 minutes. Turn right at the zebra crossing, and you'll see the hotel. It's an established brand, but very clean, with large, renovated rooms! Very comfortable! The hotel staff are very polite!

Since my check-in time was late and the date was about to change, I called before heading out, but they said "Any time is fine" and I was very relieved because I was getting anxious about not being able to catch a taxi. The hotel lobby and rooms were very clean and nice. I had plans in the morning and didn't have time to go to the bakery attached to the hotel, so I hope to use their services again...

Used for business purposes. The first parking lot fills up quickly, but there is a third parking lot so a large number of cars can be parked. The rooms are also clean and good. As I wanted to have a hot spring spa near the Akita Station, I chose this hotel. The spa has two large baths and a sauna room. The room was contact but neat and tidy. When I stayed at one of their hotels in Shimonoseki, I was impressed by its variety and quality. So I bought a breakfast for 2000 yen. I still give this hotel 5 stars overall, but its breakfast was not as good as the one in Shimonoseki
