I wish the amenities were a bit better

The rooms were okay, service was good. There is a bakery at the lobby :) Nearyby the nearest FamilyMart was about 5mins walk away. To the shopping area, you will have to walk quite a distance.

This is a great hotel located close to all the attractions. Its also close to train stations that gets you to Osaka and Namba stations quickly. The hotel staff are all nice and very helpful. The everyday breakfast was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything else was fine, but they were supposed to clean the room every three days, and when I got back at night, it hadn't been cleaned at all, not even the trash was emptied. I checked out on the fourth day, and it really ruined my mood late at night ☹️

Lovely stay in Hiroshima. It’s only a few stops away from the main train station and offers breakfast for free in the main floor (7-10am) which was very convenient. The rooms felt spacious after tokyo and the beds were confortable. Recommendable if you are staying more than one night or plan on having a late night around nakaregawa dori.

Location-wise good and especially like the breakfast that hotel provide . Scone, bread and the cream butter are yummy.

Perfect location. Within walking distance of the A-bomb dome and the busy shopping/restaurant area. Also just a few tram stops from Hiroshima station. Great value for money.

Excellent location. Excellent service, especially the staff offers help when my daughter feels sick during the trip. The room is not big, but well-equipped and clean. It provides light breakfast with hot coffee/tea and packs of self-baked bread, which you may eat inside the room or in the hall. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms are clean, and each one comes with a foot massager, which is really soothing after a long day of walking. The breakfast selection is varied and plentiful, and the staff are very helpful and patient, even when there's a language barrier. Good option for Kanazawa, close to train station and omicho market.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Kanazawa Station, but it's a straight shot on major roads, so it's not hard to manage even with luggage. I've stayed at this hotel chain a few times in other locations. This particular hotel is right across from the tram station, which is very convenient for guests heading to Tateyama Kurobe early in the morning, as breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and they have all the necessary amenities. This time, we booked single rooms, which felt more convenient and comfortable

The location is fantastic, super close to Toyama Station. I was heading to Shonan Beauty Clinic, and it was just a few minutes' walk – absolutely perfect! The breakfast was pretty average, but the natural yeast bread felt very reassuring.

We chose this hotel because of its closest location to the station, which made us very happy. The view from the hotel room was directly onto the station. I assume that the rooms on the opposite side of the hotel overlook the Japanese Alps. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was very nutritious. Everything in the hotel is typical for all Toyoko Inn hotels branch all over Japan.

The room size was decent, though the furniture looked a bit dated. What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. For just 300 yuan, it offered fantastic value for money.

A hotel that leaves much to be desired. The decor and facilities are incredibly dated, reminiscent of Japan's Heisei era. During my three-day stay, I had to switch rooms four times, as every room had some issue, be it with the air conditioning or the windows/doors. The service, however, was decent, and they provided a complimentary room upgrade.

I stayed here with my daughter. The location is super convenient, really close to Nagoya Station, and there's a Matsuya and a convenience store right downstairs. The only downsides were the small room and small bed, but for the price, it was excellent value for money!

The room is spacious and the view is good. It is very close to the JR station with 2 shopping malls around. It is also close to the pier so it's great for tourists who go island hopping. There are plenty of good udon places around.

Very convenient location immediately next to the station and castle park, and useful amenities including laundromat. The public bath on the 9th floor was lovely after a long journey. Comfortable rooms and very efficient service. I would stay here again.

APA Nagano is the only APA hotel so far where the luggage storage room looks like a real storage facility unlike other APA places where guests' suitcases pack the lobby. it is actually not too far from the station but the road along is really bumpy, so hard to drag suitcase along. and then the escalator to the lobby is not working and the only restaurant in the hotel is rather pricey for its level so we ended up eating at the convenience store

I got a warm welcome, excellent service with fast check in. Rooms are clean as well. Only problem I faced are all the gadgets including the TV are very old. Matress is spring and I couldn't sleep well. People who love to feel the old Japanese hotel this is best place. But people like me who want the latest Japanese hotel should avoid this hotel.

Located in Okaido area and very convenient to take the Ropeway up to Matsuyama Castle. Although room is not huge, it is clean and there’s a massage chair as well. Service is very attentive.

The room size is pretty standard for a Japanese hotel, but the location is absolutely fantastic! Turn left out of the hotel and in just 3 minutes you're right in the middle of Shinsaibashi (at the Miki Gakki instrument store). Turn right again and it's only a 1-minute walk to the Midosuji Line. Daimaru department store is also super close (to the left). Dotonbori is less than a 10-minute walk away...

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for shopping. It's also not far from the subway, so getting around is easy.

This hotel is super close to Shinsaibashi subway station, which is incredibly convenient. After a long day of shopping, you can easily pop back to drop off your bags and then head straight back out. I highly recommend it! My only comment is that for families with kids, it seems like there are fewer family rooms available. However, one bed was enough for our family with a 10-year-old.

The service is really impressive. I am very touched by their hospitality. The location is also great, just next to JR station. Shopping is easy. A 10 to 15 mins walk will bring you to don quijote. Bus terminal is also near. If need to go pia bandai, but with elderly, can consider taxi there. Only about 1000 to 1400 yen.

It is very close to JR Niigata station. The staff handled check-in with hospitality. The facilities were maintained well with neatness and cleanliness. Although I booked the smallest room, the room still has enough space for opening the luggage fully.

Nice place to stay. Location is very convenient. There is a good supermarket next door. Rooms are clean. Furniture is a bit old and used, but that's ok. The bed is extremely comfortable. I think this is one of the best beds that I've slept on in hotels. The place is huge and many people stay in the hotel, so maybe number of amenities like laundry machines is not enough for such a big hotel.

Smooth check-in process. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. The Odori station exit 1 is just next to the hotel and access to the underground shopping area is few distance away. Instead of taking bus to the airport we chose to walk along the underground path all the way to Sapporo station which makes it easy for us in the winter. Everything’s prefect and wonderful.

Everything is very good. At lobby there are coffee/cocoa machine and microwave to use for free, and 1 glass of wine/sake per person is free per stay. TV is on the table side next to bed. 7/11 is just 2 min walk. JR Sapporo station and subway station are within 5-6 min walk.

Very close to the subway, and the airport limousine bus to Shinjuku Kabukicho is also quite convenient. However, Tokyo's prices are really high, so for this price, you can't expect a room with great amenities.

Gem hotel near Shinjuku! Just 20 steps away from Metro which is the best for tiring after the long days roaming around. A bit small space if you have 32” luggages (two) and two more 20” luggages like us but still manageable. Staffs are helpful, speak English and well organized on the luggage storage. I would come back and stay here again next trip in Tokyo.

JR Kyushu hotel Nagasaki is within walking distance to Nagasaki JR station and it is surrounded by shopping malls. We were grateful for the early check in at 1pm. The room is cozy and comfortable. The space is just nice for one large and one medium luggages. The toilet and amenities provided are great. Luggage storage was available after check out. Umbrellas was also available for rainy days.

Perfect location for a short holiday in Nagasaki! Entrance to hotel is linked to the mall and only a short walk from the Nagasaki station. Easily accessible to many places of interest via public transportation and plenty of food choices in the area.

JR Kyushu is right on the door step of the train station, a great hotel to use for visiting the sites of Nagasaki as well as the night life, room was quiet and comfortable
