Kanazawa, Korimbo 2-4-28 🧭 Map
Located near Kanazawa main attractions and shopping area, the room is quite small but comfortable.
The hotel is nice and clean. The mattresses, in particular, could be improved. They aren't comfortable, and I didn't sleep very well.
I stayed in room 613, and there was an annoying noise from the air conditioning units. A variety of amenities and a free shuttle to the station are provided.
Breakfast is acceptable. They change some things every day.
The hotel has standardized facilities and services, giving you a sense of security. It was great. I especially liked that you could use the self-service luggage lockers.
The location was great and there was no problem finding restaurants!
If I had to say something, I wish the breakfast was more substantial.
Other than that, they had coffee which was nice!
Overall, I'd like to stay here again!
It felt cleaner than other Toyoko Inn hotels. However, breakfast was very crowded and we had to wait in line.
The hotel is conveniently located just ten meters from the Xianglinfang bus stop, with a department store across the street. There's also an airport bus stop for Komatsu right outside.
The only downside is the poor soundproofing. Unfortunately, I ended up in a noisy room next door. It was noisy around 11 PM and again before 6 AM. It's rare to encounter something like this in Japan.

Tokyo, Nihonbashi Hongokucho 4-4-1, Chuo Ward 🧭 Map
The hotel is right next to the subway line, but the soundproofing and blackout curtains are excellent.
The hotel's location is excellent, with many subway lines nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. The breakfast was decent. The surrounding Muromachi district is fantastic, perfect for a leisurely stroll and exploring.
Hotel was located about 600m from Tokyo Station and was to the left of the Central exit. Room was a bit small and the bathroom especially the shower area in the long bath was at a height and quite unsafe when leaving it especially for seniors like me and have to be very careful cause there are no support bars. Breakfast was simple. Not value for money as it is S$245 for a night's stay.
Extremely satisfied, and the breakfast was delicious! If I get the chance to visit Tokyo again, I'll definitely stay at this hotel. For cherry blossom viewing in Tokyo, I highly recommend Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden; it has a wide variety of cherry trees and you can't go wrong.
The room is not large, and it's very close to the tram line. If you're sensitive to noise or suffer from neurasthenia, you should seriously consider this. It's very close to Kanda Station, about a six or seven-minute walk to the South Exit, and about a ten-minute walk to Tokyo Station. Breakfast is 1500 JPY, which is acceptable.
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Tokyo Station, Kanda Station, Mitsukoshi, and Nihonbashi. The front desk service was great, and the luggage storage was very convenient – we could store our bags before check-in and after check-out, which made our travels much easier. There's also a convenience store right across the street, perfect for grabbing water and snacks.

The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot yet still very central. It's a convenient 15-minute walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around. As expected for Japan, the room was small but had everything you could need.
Location is good near namba station. l stayed here for 5 days 4 night. When l checked in at late night l realise bathroom smelly next day l inform receptionist request to clean up bathroom still got the bad smell. Have laundry service. Nearby have grocery mall.
The single room was quite spacious. There's a small entryway by the door where you can hang clothes and change shoes, and the luggage rack can easily hold a 30-inch suitcase. The lobby offers free coffee and drink machines. It's close to Daikoku Station, and there's a Life supermarket nearby that's open until midnight. Very satisfied!
This hotel is the best hotel in this trip!!
Room interior was bright and everything was clean. The toilet provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. The smell was soooo nice. Also the water pressure nice so you relief some tiredness.
But one thing I don’t like about was the sound proof. Cuz you can heard kids screaming. Tho that was not happened at night time but still a bit annoyed.
The room was clean and tidy, and I appreciated the option to choose whether or not to have it cleaned. Aside from the occasional sound of cars racing at night, the surroundings were quite quiet. There's a 24-hour supermarket not far away, and several convenience stores nearby. The subway station is just a ten-minute walk, making getting around very convenient. My only minor quibble is that the room...

The hotel boasts an excellent location right by the main Kyoto Station. The facilities are great, and the service is top-notch. The Japanese breakfast is a unique highlight.
The breakfast was great, and the location was convenient for getting around. Plus, the price wasn't too steep.
The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Kyoto Station. It's just a few minutes' walk to the station, which makes getting to tourist spots super easy. You can catch a bus nearby directly to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Sanjusangen-do Temple. Plus, the room was surprisingly spacious – much better than hotel rooms in Tokyo!
Decided to visit Kyoto with my parents last minute, and the price for this hotel was quite good for a last-minute booking. It's very close to Kyoto Station, just a 5-minute walk. Plus, it's near the airport limousine bus stop, which was super convenient for our departure; we took the bus directly to Osaka Itami Airport and arrived in just 50 minutes. Check-in was done via a machine, which was very...
The location is super convenient, right near Kyoto Station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was also excellent.
This was my second stay, and compared to last March, the housekeeping was a bit lacking. A small clump of trash in the bathroom was still there from the first day until I checked out. Also, I felt the soundproofing was worse; every morning at 8 am, the cleaning cart outside my room made quite a racket. The hotel's location is excellent. From the west exit of Osaka Station, turn right, walk straight, and cross a small road, and you're there. There's also an airport limousine bus stop nearby. The location is absolutely fantastic, the hotel is clean, and the service is excellent. Even though it's close to the railway, for such a prime location in Umeda, the price is incredibly good, making it my top choice. Very good ski and out hotel. Slope is just right beside and rental and equipment lockers are just in the basement of the hotel.
Room is spacious. But do note that in winter, only centralise heater for the room, no aircon. Room was too hot, even after opening the window, had to request a fan.
Onsen bath is good.

Perfect for families with children — ski‑in/ski‑out access makes every moment effortless. Good breakfast buffet !
Good location easy to access for ski activities and only 5 minutes to fuma farm also enjoy anytime with Nigel Terrence. The room very comfortable also separate zone of bed room and toilet.
A great ski in ski out hotel … the only one in Furano.
Ski lockers are well spaced. Breakfast buffet is so sumptuous… makes one so full to go skiing! The rooms are comfortable tho not v modern.
Great location next to Nigle Terrace and ski in/out from ski slope area.
Love our stay there. Rooms have view of slope or nature.
Just beisde Ningle Terrace and you can walk further down to the winter forest, so magical.
Hotel has express bus service and private car services are conveniently bookable. The only disadvantage is it's further to the train stations.

Tokyo, 2 Chome-2-8 Shinjuku, Sindzyuku, 160-0022 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
A business hotel close to the subway station. Breakfast on the first floor is delicious. Using sauna of B1 is a good way to relieve fatigue. The room is really small, so it is difficult for 2 people to use it. My back hurts because the bed is old. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near the subway. Unexpectedly, there are many Western tourists.
They were very helpful when I needed to store my luggage, and they even gave me directions to my destination, which was a huge help! I'd love to stay here again!
This is a typical chain business hotel. I usually stay elsewhere in Shinjuku, but it was fully booked. This hotel and my usual one are both about a 10-minute walk from the station. A definite plus here is the public bath downstairs, although it's clearly not a natural hot spring. I also appreciate its proximity to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, which I love. It's a straightforward and convenient walk...
The room was clean and well-equipped, but the service at the counter was not impressive. They weren't as helpful or informative as they should have been when I had questions.
Cosy place with nice facilities. Staff were very friendly too
The stay overall was smooth. The room layout is somewhat unconventional, with several rooms featuring lowered ceiling beams that can feel restrictive in certain areas. This appears to be due to the building’s structural design and infrastructure placement, and while it may affect the sense of openness, the rooms remain functional and efficiently organised for short stays.
On a positive note, the hotel...

Excellent location, right in the heart of the shopping district, and convenient for visiting all the attractions. Although the room was small, it was clean and tidy. The bathroom deserves a special mention – coming back each day for a bath was a real treat!
This is my second stay at Hotel Forza Kyoto. The location right in Kawaramachi is super convenient for shopping and dining. My first stay, I had a room facing the street which was a bit noisy. This time, I got an inner room which was quiet, but I did miss out on the view.
Location is like a 10-15min walk from station. There are STAIRS, no lift or elevator so it’s a pain if have a large and heavy suitcase! When I arrived at the lobby, I actually wasn’t sure whether it was the reception because it looked more like a counter at a large restaurant. The reception staff didn’t really dress like a reception staff. She was just wearing a very casual looking striped top like...
Clean hotel at good location with delicious breakfast, nothing more you need to ask for ;-)
Water is only given 2 bottles per day.
However there is a free sake daily.

Location is just very near nishiki market.
The room was very clean, and the location was convenient. I loved the self-check-in and check-out options, which are great for introverts. For how much we paid, this was OUTSTANDING value. Breakfast was simple but yummy, bath included a cold bath and sauna! The rooms were small though, but window view was quite decent where we were.
If you're not going to stay in the rooms much, I would highly recommend this.
Good experience at Welina Nakanoshima West hotel w convenient location and a Lawson right below the hotel. Do note that there’s no daily room cleaning service and no refilling of bottled water daily like most hotels do.

Tokyo, 7-14-4 Roppongi, Minato-ku 🧭 Map
Exquisite location, great amenities and facilities.
There were some spots regarding cleanliness, but all-in-all, for tourists like us, a hotel room is a place to recharge after a hard day.
By the way, the bed is amazing!
Is so spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, there are plenty of big windows so you can see the nice night views, the room is so clear it gives a clean view of everything, and the massage chair is so convenient, my cousin fell asleep on it! The metro is next to it and it has a lift so is convenient when coming up with luggages! Would love to come back
Did not try the food.
Room is small.
Hotel very clean.
Good location 200m from Roppongi station.
Cleanliness: Very clean, super satisfied.
Facilities: The room is small, but it has everything you need.
Service: Self-service check-in/out.
Environment: The location is excellent, very close to the Hibiya Line exit, and you can walk to Minami Aoyama and Shibuya.
For a room with a view of Tokyo Tower, the value for money is pretty good; you can enjoy the tower view to your heart's content. The location is also excellent, very close to both Midtown and Roppongi Hills. The only minor issue I noticed is that the elevators always stop on the fourth floor. With four elevators in total, perhaps this could be optimized to be more guest-friendly.
The hotel is located in the vibrant Roppongi area, close to Tokyo Tower and near Don Quijote (Donki). The location is extremely convenient, with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel also offers beautiful views of the city.
There is a bar and a yakiniku restaurant located within the hotel building, which makes dining very convenient.

Small but clean bed room and bathroom. Fast elevators, onsen on top floor with coin laundry, microwave, ice machine, drink vending machine. Near restaurants and malls
Located in the heart of Nagoya, the hotel's general location is excellent, it's clean, and the staff are very friendly. However, the surrounding commercial district definitely felt a not-clean.
Got a room a good price, emergency stay, air conditioning is not controlled by the user, rooms are very small, with a desk, also toilet rooms, but APA hotels have onsens as far as I know if you don't mind going to public bathrooms.
Great value for a hotel smack dab in the middle of all of Nagoya's action. We chose this hotel due to the breakfast buffet option, but were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the attentive staff, and amenities. Breakfasts both days were excellent, with an incredible assortment of fresh pastries and various Japanese and Western options. The restaurant allows breakfast guests to order beverages...
Good business hotel nice and clean. Room is quite tiny so expect that. Also I suggest it will be a little difficult to find hotel as there are two APA next to each other. Different but same name. Loved this hotel! Location was perfect and the room was spacious! Also loved that there was a bakery in the lobby!
We loved this hotel! Across the street from a large park and subway station. Walked to SHINJUKU for shopping and restaurants. Hotel had a great bar and bakery for food. Rooms were larger for the price we paid. We would definitely come back to The Knot.
Excellent hotel, very well situated, with friendly staff, easy check-in and out, fabulous onsite bakery. Our room was a little small by European standards but perfectly adequate. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us

Nice hotel, great location, easy check-in and check-out. Electric massage chair in some rooms!
Have been staying with APA for many times during our trip to Japan. It’s been good but small rooms . All amenities in room are available otherwise
I make a reservation every time I go on a business trip to Osaka, but it was a bit disappointing that there was hair in the bathroom and transparent plastic left on the chair, perhaps because they hire foreigners for cleaning; however, I assume it was a mistake.
Had a wonderful stay and enjoyed my time in this Osaka hotel. Hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station. Convenient hotel as a hub for surrounding areas like Kyoto and Kobe.
Rooms are a little tight, but not a big issue for one person. Rooms are pretty clean. Would stay again when im back in Osaka.
I checked into this hotel on December 9th and today I will check out. The size of the room I really like it. It was small and had all the amenities. The hotel is very close to shin-osaka station and also close to Minamigata station and Nishinakajima Minamigata station as well. Thank you for allowing me to stay for 3 weeks. Next year when I am back for vacation I would like to book your hotel again...
Good location to be close to Shin Isaka station. Train trips to Dotonbori and Namba are pretty decent (20 min?)
Stand out is the reception staff who were very helpful and patient with sorting out my luggage transfer to another hotel, despite me not knowing any Japanese. Thank you :)

Super spacious. Easy to find. There is the elevator near by but have to walk across the street. There is the park near this hotel with beautiful sakura too. The room is big and clean. I wish to stay here again. The staff can speak english very well too.
The hotel's front desk is on the second floor, and there's a convenient store downstairs, which is really handy for buying things. The subway station is right outside, making it super easy to get around. It's also just a 20-minute walk to Chinatown. Just a heads up, you need to insert your key card for the power outlets in the room to work.
The front desk guy spoke Chinese, which was a nice surprise! Luggage storage and check-in were smooth and friendly. Self check-out was easy. The environment is great, much more comfortable than Tokyo or Osaka.
The hotel is a bit old, but the room and bed are very spacious, perfect for a pilgrimage for Yakuza fans. It's not located near the main attractions, but there's a subway station right downstairs, about 4-5 stops from Yokohama Station, and a taxi to Chinatown costs around 1000 JPY.
This place is kind of a hidden gem in Yokohama
Great location, right near train station, a nice park, plenty of food and drink options, rooms are priced right, decent sized, carpeted, fresh towels daily, it’s quiet and tucked away from the main street but close enough to walk to quickly enough
They have a buffet breakfast that looks great (haven’t tried yet)
Book it!
Highly recommended!
Edit on 2...
The hotel is located next to a subway station but in a very quiet part of town. It's a bit dated, but everything is functional. They gave me a room twice as large as the typical small room in Japan. We love everything here! Although the room style is a bit old, but very clean. The lake view is so nice from the hotel room, most wonderful is the rooftop hot spring, this is why I book this hotel. The buffet dinner had many choices of food. Most memorable moments when fire work lights up on the ice lake! That's some activities here too!
Good to stay if not too choosy
I really enjoyed my time at the Kushiro Prince. Staff were nice to me and spoke English, room was clean and had a great view of Kushiro. Location was right next to lots of good places to eat.
The room was much larger than typical Tokyo hotels, comparable in size to a standard hotel in China. Breakfast was plentiful, and right outside the hotel, there's a stop for both the airport shuttle and the bus to Lake Akan. It's also just a few hundred meters from Washo Market, which is super convenient. The front desk kindly granted my request for a one-hour late checkout. Many thanks!

This hotel is one of the best mid-price hotel we ever lived in Japan. You get to choose your own pillow, enjoy the free-flow drink bar as well as the onsen with the hotel. The room is decently clean, nothing to complaint about!
## Hygiene and Service:
The hotel has a policy that guests must put out a 'clean my room' sign before 10 AM each day for full housekeeping. Otherwise, only towels and trash bags will be replaced. Even with full cleaning, it's just a basic tidying up; linens and pillowcases are not changed.
## Location:

Fantastic! Clean, tidy, and beautiful 🤩. The hot springs were also super comfortable. Thumbs up! I'll definitely come back again. It's also very close to all the attractions.
This hotel is really nice with its natural hot spring and free flow drinks available from vending machines. Location is not too bad, near train station and bus stops.
An absolutely wonderful Japanese hotel experience. The lovely lady at the front desk, who spoke Chinese, kindly explained how to use all the hotel facilities. Comfy hotel but not much of a view if you're on the wrong side. Breakfast was hearty and added good value to the overall cost of staying here. Location is awesome and having its own car park albeit having to pay ¥1500 was a huge plus. Onsen was small but clean. Water pressure in the bathroom was awesome.
The location is fantastic, and it's very clean. The breakfast was delicious, a pure Japanese style. The onsen (hot spring bath) was also very clean and I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend! It's super convenient for the shopping street and general shopping. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip.
Good budget hotel in the central of city, room bigger than other budget hotel, convenient location for shopping and night life
Good view, Good location, near Susukino and Tanukikoji Shopping Street, with easy access to buses and the subway.
The breakfast is Japanese-style; not very varied but convenient.
Most guests are Japanese, and it’s rare to see foreign visitors.
Public areas are clean and well maintained.
Room size and amenities are acceptable for the price.
I left my charger at the hotel and called them, but they said they didn't find it.
Location is good. The service is excellent. I like their system of giving you token to redeem the drink from the vending machine. Breakfast is OK. There is also a public bath in the hotel. Nice hotel with great service and breakfast. My room was a bit small though
Modern travellers are increasingly prioritising efficiency and reducing their psychological burden by choosing to 'outsource meals' and skip hotel breakfasts. They want the freedom to travel at their own pace and to avoid crowds and the fatigue that comes with conformity. This trend allows hotels to specialise as 'stay spaces', while dining experiences shift towards external options, such as convenience...
Very very valuable hotel in japan. This hotel is quite & well managed hotel. I felt this hotel is much better than dormy inn after I used to stay
dormy inn more than 30 times. Also room design is very convenient by separate toilet & bath . Small sauna & perfect open air bath for men. Also small table for snack & beer in the room etc.. It was best hotel during 20 years trip in japan.
Stayed 2 nights here for business trip. It’s quite and nonsmoking area. There’re pillows to rent. Sleep well.
The breakfast is delicious. Mainly Japanese breakfast, open time is 6:30am to 9am. It’s next to the shopping area, extremely convenient. And there’re food corner during Christmas.
There is also a sauna and a large communal bath, so I was able to spend a comfortable time there. I was also satisfied with the wide variety of breakfast options. Although it is simple, there is also a locker room where you can store large luggage when you are not staying, which was convenient.
I was staying at the new wing. Everything looked new, clean and tidy to me.
Although the room decor is quite bland, it is clean and spacious. Big hot bath is also spacious, there are outdoor and indoor one, plus a cold water bath and a sauna room. There is a relaxing room with full body massage chairs for guests to use.
Location is convenient, very short walk to the shopping street and public transport...

Hiroshima, 7-7 Nakamachi, Naka Ward 🧭 Map
Stayed at this chain in Fukuoka four times and have never been disappointed, my first stay at their Hiroshima location and I'm happy to say I found it also to be very good. It will certainly be on my list again next time.
The location is nice, close to Peace Memorial Park and a shopping arcade. And there are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Location Wa perfect for food and attractions. But the hotel should reconsider their restrictions on access to free coffee, tea and water. It should be available to guests throughout the day and not just between 2pm and 9pm. Umbrellas should also be provided to guests as a goodwill gesture and not as a rental considering the cost of staying in the hotel per night isn’t that cheap.
Getting to the hotel from Hiroshima Station was a breeze! Just hop on a bus for 240 yen, get off at Shira jinja-mae, and it's a five-minute walk from there. Super convenient.
The location itself is incredibly practical. You're just a few minutes away from supermarkets, shopping streets, and even a large Hiroshima department store. Dining, shopping, and even walking to the Atomic Bomb Dome are all...
Hotel is in good locations. Easy to walk from from train station and tourist attractions, we enjoyed staying there.
We had the best stay ever in this hotel with its sumptuous breakfast buffet offering Hiroshimas’ food delicacies and has variety of food selection from Japanese to western style food menu. The best location and accessible and walking distance to many places like shopping district and Atomic Bomb Dome.
