This hotel has a great location, very convenient for travelers on the go the next day. There are convenience stores and restaurants right in the building. It's also very clean, nothing to complain about! The front desk staff also speak good English.

Good location just opposite the shinkanshen line. Nagoya station is huge and has 2main entrances, this hotel is near the shinkanshen entrance. If you're taking the subway line, then you will need to walk across the station to the other end of entrance. Good japanese style breakfast too.

Love everything about this hotel. Just a stone away from Nagoya Station. The amenities are beyond expectations. Breakfast is scrumptious traditional japanese cuisine such as miso soup, grilled saba and variety of bread is also available.

Mitsui Garden always be my first hotel when I explore the new region in Japan. Location is a bit outside the main central city, in walking distance. The hotel servicer can easily communicate with English, understand customer needs, that's super nice. And Mitsui Garden normally have the top floor hot tube area which is super good for me to relax after full day travel around. 

The hotel's overall environment is outstanding. Dining by the window offers spectacular views, which was a real treat. The breakfast spread was extensive with fresh ingredients, leaving me very satisfied. The biggest surprise was the hot spring bath area on the top floor; soaking in the springs while enjoying the view outside the window was an incredible experience. Overall, my stay was fantastic!

This is my second time staying here. The room is nice, but it's a bit far from the subway. We drove, and parking was very expensive – we had to find our own spot. However, it's just 200 meters from Omicho Market, and within walking distance to Kanazawa Castle Park, Kenroku-en, and Higashi Chaya District. This garden hotel offers an excellent experience! The location is superb, very close to major attractions. They even provided a free one-day bus pass, which was fantastic! There were times when the noise from the hallway was a little loud.

Not so good. The quilt was not clean on the first night. I called the front desk to report the situation and asked for the quilt to be changed. They told me: there are no quilts and they are a bit dirty... If that doesn't work, just change the room. "But the luggage was all there, so I didn't want to move it, so I just slept one night with my clothes on. The quilt was clean the next day.

Two adults stayed in a standard double room for one night. The bed was large and we slept well. The breakfast buffet was included, with meals centered around Japanese cuisine. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member, I was disappointed to find that lounge access and breakfast were both chargeable. I was told that such services are not included with bookings made through Trip.com. Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked, making this a truly disappointing trip.

This was my first time staying at the Karuizawa Marriott Hotel. The public onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths, and while the facilities were clean, the area was a bit small. The hotel's location is in the heart of Nagoya. The rooms are larger than typical Japanese hotels and kept very clean. The bed is a queen size (1.5 meters wide) and the pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is complimentary and offers a good variety.

There aren't many people in Atami during winter, which is nice. The seaside hotel is pretty good. They have a shuttle bus service to and from the station, and it's not far from the beach or convenience stores.
