Very conveniently located next to the train station and animate. There is a convenience store on Level 1, and the hotel is close to the meetup point for my day trip to Takayama. Luggage delivery service is also available, although the form needs to be filled in by hand.

The location is really nice, almost walk by 7mins, if you good at the deriation, hotel look clean and tidy. Also, you walk 4mins to the Japan local supermarket, you can taste the local fruit and food, I had stay at 14F with nice windows side. Wonderful night views.

Very close to Nagoya main train station and bus station, just spends few minutes from station to hotel. There are many restaurants nearby, also a 24 hours open market mall. There are not many items in breakfast, however, the restaurant is clean, good staff, the food is good.

This reception staff offers poor service. I paid for 2 adults and 1 kid and there was only 2 pillows in the bedroom, I asked for the 3rd one and I was told it’s not available. After several requests, I have ultimately or the 3rd pillow and I asked to talk to the front office Manager for a solution.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Shinkansen entrance at Nagoya Station and the bus terminal. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The room was relatively spacious compared to other hotels, but the facilities felt a bit lacking compared to previous stays.

Great location for skiing. It’s a short walk from the ski room to the gondola.  We enjoyed the restaurants and onsen.  This is a quiet place.  We had a fantastic week of skiing with fresh snow on five consecutive days. Nearly all of the terrain is off-piste so good snow is needed to access most runs.

The standard room wasn't too small, and the quality of this hot spring hotel is indeed excellent. There are two good restaurants downstairs. The hot spring water quality is also superb. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends next time.

I booked the Takayama Green Hotel, and for a standard price, I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was a hot spring hotel! I could enjoy a very relaxing soak. The hotel service was also excellent, and they even gave us discount coupons for the neighboring product hall.

Very good onsen hotel, with 2 type of onsen available in the hotel , the basement onsen is more luxury and modern where the ground floor one is more vintage and old school. Easy access to shirakawa & shinhotaka ropeway.

Very satisfied with our stay! The room was quite spacious, and the hot spring was very comfortable and not too crowded. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the train station. It was quite tiring walking with luggage. I later found out they might have a free shuttle service, but no one at the hotel mentioned it proactively.

The environment was very clean, and the staff were very friendly. I look forward to staying here again next year.

It has been an amazing place to spend with families , kids facilities and ski areas are very close to the compound and have 2 open onsen . They provide free shuttle to downtown echigo -yuzawa station

Very satisfied with our stay at Angel Grandia Hotel. The ski-in, ski-out access made skiing extremely convenient, and moving from the ski area into the hotel never felt cold. The room was warm and comfortable at night. The staff and shuttle bus attendants were friendly and helpful, and having a FamilyMart inside the hotel was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The room is outdated style of Japanese room design. When we reach the Echigo Yuzawa station there are no more JR train at 21.45 at nite, we have to take a taxi to the hotel. The transportation is a big issue as the hotel shuttle last bus is at 4.30pm. Good point is children can play snow just doorstep outside hotel. Stayed there for two nites which is enough to explore. A 15-minute walk from Uozu Station feels farther than it actually feels in time. The road to the hotel is straight and only requires a turn, but if you're traveling with a carry-on bag I recommend taking a taxi. I was satisfied with the location, parking, room, hot springs, food, staff, and price, but the toilet in my room was a bit disappointing. It was old and the washlet wasn't very good. Since I use it several times a day, it bothered me a bit.

I use this hotel almost every year for sports tournaments. I don't go there for leisure, but it's reasonably priced and clean. No issues.

It was a great experience. The room has a very beautiful view of the sea, it's a real fantasy. And it will take very little time to walk from the hotel to the sea - about 10 minutes. I also really liked the onsen. I would like to note the convenience of shuttles - they run frequently and do not need to be booked in advance. The rooms were very clean. Theres only one chair in the lobby, that nobody can sit on, because it's got a strong parfume dispenser right next to it, that goes off every 15 seconds. The people on reception have bad english. There’s no Laundry room, only expensive Laundry service, that doesn’t work on the weekends. The guests above us must have had kids or something, because they were constantly making loud thumping noises.

Located in the business center, the hotel offers excellent service. The rooms, while not large, are well-laid out and have complete toiletries. It's within walking distance of attractions such as Kenrokuen Garden and Kanazawa Castle. There are buses to Kanazawa Station on the left side of the street outside the hotel. Excellent and cozy hotel. However, the receptionist's service was a bit gruff, and my room was dirty. There were a lot of cookie crumbs under the beds, a lot of hair, and almost 20 ladybugs in the room, especially behind the curtains. Aside from the receptionist's service, the rest of the staff were very attentive.

The hotel is conveniently located just a few dozen meters opposite the South Exit of Shin-Takaoka Station. Right outside the hotel is the Shin-Takaoka bus stop, where you can catch a bus to Shirakawa-go without a reservation. Next to it is the JR station for Amaharashi Coast, and there's also a large AEON MALL nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient.

The room is larger than those in Tokyo or Osaka, and the overall color scheme of mint green is quite appealing. It's within walking distance to Parco, and even though it's considered a bustling commercial area, it's not overly crowded, which is very pleasant. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room facilities are complete, and the hygiene is very good. The service attitude is excellent. It's a five-minute walk from the JR station, making it very convenient to get to Miho no Matsubara and Nihondaira. The port has the Chibi Maruko-chan Land museum and Shimizu Fish Market. I have stayed here multiple times, it’s super convenient. Location is perfect, it’s very calm and clean place, good for business or vacation. Room size was just right for one luggage, if you have more, it will be impossible to open both at the same time.

I was very happy to receive a room upgrade upon check-in. The room was very clean and there was no strange smell that is common in hotels, so I had a very comfortable stay. The linens were also very soft and comfortable. I especially liked the pajama-style sleepwear, which came in separate tops and bottoms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
