Renovation urgently needed...
Rooms are large but everything is very old, mold is visible in the spa area.
Very good location, free parking.
The dining area has a canteen atmosphere.
room:
There were times when the tatami mats were hanging up and it hurt when I walked. The heating cannot be operated by oneself, it is turned off at around 8:00 pm and turned on at around 6:00 am. There is a clicking sound when the heating is on, but it is uncomfortable to wake up because of the volume of the alarm. Please note that the room will be cold in winter when the heating is turned off. There aren't many outlets, so bring an extension cord. You can borrow a yukata, but there is no jacket. There are no teacups, teapots, or pots in the room, so you have to bring them from the shelves in the corridor. I think the things in the room were a hair dryer, a small refrigerator, and 500ml of water for the number of people x the number of nights. The futon was folded in half at the time of check-in.
bath:
The bathroom was not completely renovated, but it seemed to be cleaned here and there. Towels are only available for a few nights. When taking a bath twice in the morning and at night, be careful not to put the towel in the towel collection basket in the bathroom. If you want to use towels for more than a few nights, you have to pay the rental fee even if you are a guest. The open-air bath cannot be used in winter.
meal:
Buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The shabu-shabu meat served for dinner is delicious for a buffet. The number of items is small. You should go to eat early because the food will be gone after about an hour from the entrance time.
Drying room:
There is a drying room for skis, snowboards, and boots, but it's actually just another room. Therefore, it is better to bring the boots to the room to dry. I appreciate being able to lock my skis and snowboards.
Coin laundry:
There were two washing machines and two dryers. The washing machine is 200 yen, and the dryer is 100 yen for 15 minutes. Bring your own detergent and fabric softener.
staff:
I felt that my customer service skills were the same as working part-time at an izakaya. There are people who can serve normal customers, and there are people who can only serve unfriendly customers. I had a problem and called the front staff, but the staff did not come. A person who wasn't the front desk staff came from the back and helped me, but at that time he said that the staff here wouldn't work at all. Don't expect anything.
This time it will be used for skiing from January 11, 2023 for 1 night and 2 days.

【at the end】
This is the hotel where His Majesty the Emperor stayed when he was a student.
I thought it was a long-established hotel and it was old, but it seems that the whole hotel has been renewed, and it is very beautiful and clean.
Another good point is that after skiing, you can take a bath for 350 yen from 15:00.
The souvenir corner is also substantial.
cafe area. And it seems that there is also a karaoke area.
A hotel that can be used for various purposes such as skiing and mountain climbing.
We think that it is hotel which price is reasonable, and is good.
