Hakuba Park Hotel in Hakuba

I stayed at Hakuba Park Hotel for the first time to spend the end of the year at Hakuba Goryu.

Good: Staff excluding owner
Bad: General except staff

First of all, the young staff who were serving meals were very polite, hard and very pleasant. This is probably the result of the collaborative efforts between the individual staff and the staff who are working, rather than the owner.

From here on, it's an accommodation experience you've never experienced before.

1) The man who seems to be the owner at the front desk can hardly say hello. If you do this, you can return it somehow, but basically there is no reply. It is not a greeting from a customer business.

2) Are all meals Costco's frozen foods? You can see the soul of wanting to avoid the time and effort of preparing meals and to keep costs down.
I don't say Costco is bad. Please cook according to the ingredients, not the range chin of Costco ingredients.
(My meal is dinner: steak-like, restructured steak, deep-tasting pot, frozen Costco apple pie. Breakfast: macaroni salad, croissant, butter roll, Spanish omelet, hashed potatoes)

I have a water heater pod, but I don't have a cup or a cup, and I'm dissatisfied with the dirty bath. If this is a cheap price, there is no problem.

I will never stay for 10,000 yen on a normal weekend.
I'm really disappointed with the stance of taking the amount of the Hakuba brand from customers and minimizing the effort, labor and cost inside.

With this amount of money and service level, it is regrettable that overseas people will have a strange impression of Japanese accommodation level.
